【発明の効果】この発明は、上記のように構成したの
で、ライナーを剥がした後の貼合せシート状材料のみの
巾を検出して貼合せるので、巾検出精度が向上し、また
貼合せシート状材料の巾の検出と貼合せ位置が近いた
め、位置制御の応答性が良く、また複数の貼合せシート
状材料Wの巻出し装置を配置しても、貼合せ位置が同一
箇所となるため、機差がなく安価なシステム装置とする
ことが出来、更にライナーの巻取り蛇行を与えないの
で、ライナーの巻取りも精度良く行うことが出来る効果
がある。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 巻出しロールからライナーと共に貼合せ
シート状材料を転写コンベヤ上に巻出し、ライナーを貼
合せシート状材料から剥離させた後、貼合せシート状材
料を転写コンベヤにより貼合せ位置まで搬送し、貼合せ
直前に幅検出センサーにより貼合せシート状材料の幅を
検出し、この幅検出センサーによる幅検出信号に基づ
き、前記転写コンベヤを幅方向に移動させて貼合せシー
ト状材料の幅方向の位置制御を行った後、この貼合せシ
ート状材料を貼合せコンベヤ上を搬送されて来る被貼合
せシート状材料の表面に貼合わせることを特徴とするシ
ート状材料の貼合せ方法。
1.
