Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the transfusion vessel which simplifies operation by decreasing assembling members, enables execution of a plug removal and diaphragm rupture with a single operation and facilitates mixing, prevents intrusion of foreign matter and is helpful for facilitating waste treatment. CONSTITUTION:A moving element 4 which is fixed at one end in an unpenetrated hole previously formed in the plug 11 of a drug vessel 1 and has a pointed end 42 for rupturing the diaphragm for hermetic sealing of a liquid flexible vessel 2 at the other end is advanced by manual rotation of a concentrically rectilinearly moving cam mechanism disposed on the outer periphery of this moving element 4 and within a connecting pipe, thereby, the plug removal of the drug vessel 1 and the rupture of the diaphragm of the liquid vessel 2 are simultaneously executed and the mixing of both are easily and rapidly executed.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional infusion mixing method, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-501129, a capsule containing a drug container and a flexible container containing a dissolving liquid are connected by a tube. In the tube, a hollow puncture needle is provided on the drug container side, and a flexible breaking member is provided on the flexible container side from the outside. In use, first, the drug capsule is pushed down, the rubber stopper of the drug container is pierced with a puncture needle, and then the breaking member is bent from the outside to break and the inside of the tube is opened, and these are mixed with the outside air. Although there was no contact, there were problems such as not only complicated operation but also incomplete opening and mixing of foreign matter.

Further, for the purpose of solving the above-mentioned drawback, it is described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-1277, and as shown in FIG. 2, it is sealed with a flexible liquid container having a closing membrane at the upper end and a stopper. The drug containers are connected by a sealed passage that communicates the insides of the two, and a hollow puncture needle having a hub in the middle and blade tips at both ends in the passage, and a stopper of the drug container by one of the blades of the puncture needle. It is characterized in that it has a control means for controlling the order of communication so that the closing film of the flexible liquid container is pierced by one of the puncture needles after it is completely pierced.

The structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings showing the embodiments. A flexible container 2 containing a drug container 1 whose mouth is sealed by an elastic stopper 11 and a drug dissolving or diluting liquid and having a sealing diaphragm 21 at its upper end is connected to a connecting pipe material 3 in a sealed state. At the time of connection, the fixing protrusion 41 provided at one end is press-fitted into the hole 12 provided in advance at the outer surface of the medicine stopper 11 at the center of the connecting member 3, and the flexible container is provided at the other end. The moving body 4 is manually advanced by a linear movement mechanism by a cam 43 provided on the outer periphery of the moving body 4 having a sharp protruding portion 42 for breaking through the sealing diaphragm 21 of 2 and a fixed cam 33 provided in the connecting pipe material 3. That is, at this time, the stopper of the drug container 1 and the breakthrough of the diaphragm of the liquid container 2 are simultaneously performed by only one operation. That is, since the drug container is completely unplugged and the flexible container is pierced through the diaphragm almost at the same time, there is no fear of leakage to other people, and unlike the communication means using a puncture needle, a large amount of mutual mixing is extremely smooth with a simple operation. Done.
