【実施例】コンニャクスポンジの製造方法について説明

を一定寸法の立方体に裁断し、カラギーナンゲル立方体
を作る。次に前記コンニャク粉溶液にカラギーナンゲル
立方体及び石灰水を添加し、型に流し込んで成形したう
え、ゲル化させる。さらに、得られたゲル成形物中のカ
ラギーナンゲル立方体を熱水中で溶解除去する。このカ
ラギーナンゲル立方体を除去したものを凍結した後、解
