ンゲル立方体及び石灰水を添加し、型に流し込んで成形
したうえ、ゲル化させる。さらに、得られたゲル成形物
中のカラギーナンゲル立方体を熱水中で溶解除去する。
このカラギーナンゲル立方体を除去したものを凍結した
