In other words, as is apparent from these first and second conventional example configurations, the basic concept of the conventional connecting structure in the eaves side and the ridge side molding portions is that the face plate portion (2) on the front stage side The eaves side molding part (3), which was raised from the face plate part (2) on the next stage side, has the engagement abutting part exposed to the outside. Prevent the ingress of rainwater from the mating surfaces of each molded part and prevent the intrusion pressure of rainwater in each depressurized space part by fitting and engaging so that it is located on the surface of the face plate part (2). The pressure is reduced.

However, in the joint structure of a horizontal thatched roof made of a long metal steel plate in each of the conventional examples configured as described above, the engagement abutting portions of the eaves-side and ridge-side forming portions are the surfaces of the face plate portion. It is configured so as to directly contact with the upper part, and this engaging butt portion is necessarily present at the corner angle of the inner corner portion which rises almost at a right angle from the coplanar plate portion. For example, as shown by the arrow in Fig. 4 (b), the wind and rain blown up along the roof slope given to the face plate is exposed at the corner of the inner corner. It will be sprayed intensively on the abutting part, and particularly strong wind and rain pressure will be applied to this engaging abutting part, and the inundation pressure based on the capillary phenomenon at the engaging abutting part will be greatly increased. , Here, from below to the trailing edge following this engagement butt Due to the wind and rain pressure, the action of pushing the engaging abutting portion open is also added, so that the gap between the engaging abutting portion and the face plate surface tends to increase, and the engaging abutting portions are mutually engaged and connected. There is a disadvantage that the risk of water infiltration into the inside of the eaves side and ridge side forming parts will increase further.

In addition, the strong wind and rain that is concentrated and sprayed on the engagement abutting portion is often accompanied by sand, mud, dust, etc., and these also enter the roof together with rainwater. However, there is a risk that red rust will be generated by the iron contained in the sand, and this will flow out and stain the face plate surface and eventually the roof surface. In particular, especially in cold regions, infiltrated rainwater, snowflakes, etc. will freeze. Therefore, there is a problem in that the gap between the engaging surfaces is further enlarged to further increase the chance of rainwater infiltration.

Therefore, in view of such a problem in the conventional device, the object of the present invention is to wind and rain at the engaging butting portions exposed to the outside in the eaves-side and ridge-side molding portions described above. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a roof joint structure using this kind of side-roofing roof plate, which has a shape of a molding portion that can effectively prevent intrusion of sand, mud, dust, and the like.

And in the case of this 1st Example structure, each thatched roof board
Assembling the (31) into the roof structure, as in the case of the above-mentioned conventional configuration, by placing it on the rafter (13) as the object to be roofed or on the ground plate surface, first, on the eaves side, here the front stage. Attach the side roofing roof plate (31), which is the side, to the interior space with a wooden wool plate (14) as a backup material, and fix the mounting part (49) with a peg (not shown). Then, next, this front side side thatched roof plate (3
The eaves side forming part (33) of the next tier side thatched roof board (31) on the ridge side is compared to the ridge side forming part (34) in (1), and the falling part (36) to these rising parts (40). ) Are connected to each other in series, and the two folding edges (41) and (37) are butted against each other so that the engaging butted portion is
(46) and the folded-back portion (38) including the bent portion (39) is received inside the receiving portion (42) and the folded-back holding portion (47). Then, the engaging connection is sequentially raised from the eaves side to the ridge side, that is, from the lower side to the upper side to obtain a desired side-roof roof structure.

Here, in the case of the configuration of the first embodiment, wind and rain are blown up along the face plate portion (32) for the eave side front stage and the ridge side next stage roofing roof plates (31) that are engaged and connected to each other. On the other hand, the eave-side and ridge-side forming parts that are engaged and connected to each other as pressure receiving surfaces
The total rising height of (33) and (34) is equal to the height of the rising part (40) and the falling part (36) that are connected in series without any correction.
Further, the joint portion exposed to the outside in both of these is the relationship between the upper folded edge (41) at the rising portion (40) and the lower folded edge (37) at the falling portion (36). Butt (46)
This engaging butt portion (46) directly contacts the surface of the face plate portion (32) as in the case of the above-described conventional configuration, and the inner corner portion that rises at a substantially right angle is formed. Does not exist in the corner,
As a whole, it is positioned so as to be flush with the intermediate portion of the rising pressure receiving surface.

Therefore, in the configuration according to the first embodiment, the wind and rain blown up along the face plate portion (32) is inevitably also from the same face plate portion (32) here as described in the conventional configuration. Although it will be concentrated in the corner of the inner corner that rises almost at a right angle,
In this case, as is clear from FIG. 2, the part corresponding to the same corner corresponds to the base of the rising part (40) of the ridge-side forming part (34), and the base of this rising part (40). Since there is no engagement butting part in the base part, the wind and rain that concentrates on the base part bounces and flows upward after hitting it, and along the base part of the rising part (40). Flowing in the longitudinal direction,
This can be appropriately handled with almost no influence on the engagement butting portion (46), and thus the influence of wind and rain on the engagement butting portion (46) can be sufficiently mitigated. Of.

That is, in the case of the configuration of the first embodiment, the engaging portion (46) does not exist at the base of the rising portion (40), and the rising portion (40) and the falling portion (36) are present. On the other hand, since the and are arranged in a plane and are flush with each other, it is easy for the wind and rain after hitting to easily bounce upward beyond the engaging abutment portion (46), and thus, It does not give an upward push-opening action to the falling part (36), and at the same time, on the other hand, it flows in the longitudinal direction along the base part where the engaging abutting part (46) does not exist,
It is possible to effectively eliminate the intrusion of wind and rain from the engagement butting portion (46) and sand, mud, dust and the like that accompany this wind and rain.

At the same time, since the wind and rain sprayed constantly concentrates on the base of the rising part (40), sand, mud,
No accumulation of dust can be considered, and no sand, mud, dust, etc. can flow out after the wind and rain have stopped, so that the dirt on the roof surface can be effectively prevented.
Moreover, even if some rainwater enters the engagement abutment portion (46) due to the capillary phenomenon, this slight amount of rainwater continues to the inside of the engagement abutment portion (46). The decompression space (45) configured as described above sufficiently reduces the intrusion pressure and relaxes it, and thereafter does not intrude further into the inside.

Furthermore, in the engagement mode of the eave-side and ridge-side formed portions (33), (34), in other words, in the joint structure according to the first embodiment, the falling portion ( The lower folded edge (37) of (36) is folded back to the ridge side to form a folded portion (38), and the entire surface of this folded portion (38) is received (4).
Since the contact pressure is applied to (2), sufficient elasticity is provided between these two parts, and due to this provided elasticity, the rising part ( Lower fold edge (37) of the falling part (36) against the upper fold edge (41) of (40)
The contact pressure of can be maintained reliably and the folded end of the folded part (38) is bent to the upper side.
Can be accepted well by the receiving portion (42) and the folded back holding portion (47).

Together with this, the receiving part (42) in the ridge-side molding part (34) in this way
Since the folded-back holding portion (47) and the folded-back portion (38) including the edge-bending portion (39) of the eaves-side molding portion (33) are received by being sandwiched between them, each lateral thatched roof plate There is no fear of causing peeling or other effects between (31).

And again, here, the folded back holding part (4
(7) is further folded back to divide the protrusion (48a), and the protrusion (48a) is lowered to the position corresponding to the surface of the face plate (32) and bent to fix the mounting and fixing. Since the mounting portion (49) for this is formed, this mounting portion (49) can be extremely easily attached and fixed to the rafter (13) or the ground plate surface with a peg or the like. Due to the presence of the portion that is folded back heavily and made into an elastic bending mode, it is possible to sufficiently absorb the expansion and contraction in the width direction of each thatched roof plate (31) based on the difference in temperature of the outside temperature, and the eaves side. The ridge-side molded portions (33) and (34) are not deformed due to the expansion and contraction in the width direction, and a good engagement state can be maintained for a long period of time.

That is, in the structure of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3 (a), the folded-back holding portion (47) is folded back in a curved state without intentionally overhanging to form the protruding portion (48b). Also, in the configuration of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 3 (b), similarly to the previous example, the folded-back holding portion (47) is folded back in a straight line without intentionally overhanging to form the protruding portion (48c). Further, in the configuration of the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 3 (c), the crown portion (35) in the eaves side molding portion (33) is eliminated and the same as in the previous examples. The folded-back holding portion (47) is raised in a straight line without intentionally overhanging, and is bent to form a protruding portion (48d). The same action and effect as in the case of the configuration of the first embodiment can be obtained.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the face plate portion is provided at the central portion in the longitudinal direction, and the eaves side forming portion is provided at one side portion of the face plate portion.
It also has a side thatched roof plate with a ridge-side molded part on the other side.
A joint structure of a horizontal thatched roof, which is formed by mutually engaging and connecting the eaves side molded portion of the next stage side thatched roof plate to the ridge side molded portion of the front side side thatched roof plate. The lower part is lowered to form a lower fold edge, and the lower fold edge is folded back to the ridge side to form a fold part having an edge bending part at the ridge side. To form an upper folded edge, and bend the upper folded edge toward the ridge to form a receiving portion.Furthermore, the folded portion is covered from the receiving portion to form a folded holding portion, and the folded portion is formed. The hugging part was lowered to the position corresponding to the face plate via the projecting part that was elastically folded back and bent to form a mounting part for mounting and fixing. For the ridge-side molded part that is fixed on the roof plate Then, fit the eaves side molding part of the lateral thatched roof board on the side of the next tier, and match the upper fold edge of the rising part with the lower fold edge of the falling part, and the fold part including the edge bend part. The desired side-roofed roof structure can be constructed by engaging both of them by a simple operation of contacting the entire surface of the receiving portion and allowing them to be received in the receiving and holding portion.

In addition, in the side-roof structure constructed in this way, the upper part,
The engaging abutting portion at each folded edge of the lower portion is located at a portion rising from the face plate portion, and wind and rain blown up along the face plate portion is not directly blown to the engaging abutting portion. Therefore, it is possible to effectively eliminate the intrusion of wind and rain from the engaging butting portion and the intrusion of sand, mud, dust, etc. associated with this wind and rain, and at the same time, the rising portion and the falling portion of these are possible. Since it is made flush with each other, it is possible to properly deal with the wind and rain sprayed, and to prevent the accumulation of sand, mud, dust, etc., and the progress of corrosion and dirt accompanying the accumulation.

Furthermore, since the decompression space is formed by the folded-back portion inside the engaging butting portion, the rainwater infiltration pressure is effectively reduced, and rainwater infiltration into the inside is further improved. The rising part and the falling part, which are blocked and flush with each other, have sufficient pressure resistance and are strong against snow loads, and can prevent leakage even though it is common in cold regions.

Also, in the engagement mode at each of these eaves side and ridge side molding parts,
Since the folded-back portion is formed by folding back from the lower folded edge of the falling portion in the eave-side forming portion, and the entire surface of this folded-back portion is brought into contact with the receiving portion, sufficient elasticity is provided between these two portions. Due to this given elasticity, the contact pressure of the lower fold edge at the eaves side molding section with respect to the upper fold edge at the ridge side molding section can be maintained continuously and reliably, and at the inner side at the fold section. It becomes easy to form the depressurized space portion.

Further, since the mounting portion for mounting and fixing is bent down from the folding back striking portion to the position corresponding to the face plate surface through the projecting portion which is elastically folded back, the peg is formed. In addition to being able to easily install side-roofing roofing boards by means such as, etc., it is possible to fully absorb the expansion and contraction in the width direction of each side-roofing roofing board based on the temperature difference of the outside temperature, and the collapse of the eaves-side and ridge-side forming parts. Shape can be prevented, the engagement connection mode can be maintained for a long period of time, and also the entire structure itself can be formed by simply forming the side of the metal steel plate, so that the production is extremely easy, It has excellent features such as being able to be offered at a price that is the same as before.
