[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) This invention is usually called IDETSUKI, and is used as a waterproof base material in the roof construction method of steel frame structures, etc., or as a roof, external wall, floor, etc. that takes advantage of the flat surface. The present invention relates to a connecting roof panel that can be used. (Prior art) Conventionally, as a connecting roof plate for steel frame structures, etc., for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-41625, an eye-shaped rib formed near the end of the roof plate is connected to the edge of an adjacent roof plate. The bent edge is press-fitted and an eye-shaped sheath piece is fitted around the outer periphery to firmly connect the two roof panels, or as in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-2737, the roof panels are forming a leg-shaped rib portion with a roof plate lower surface support edge and a locking portion at one end, and forming a bent edge having a locking portion that engages with the locking portion at the other end; The bent edge is fitted into the leg-shaped rib portion, and the locking portions are engaged with each other, and the horizontal portion of the upper end of the bent edge is fitted into the inclined portion formed at the tip of the lower supporting edge of the roof plate. It is known that roof panels are connected by abutting one side wall of grooves formed on the roof. (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the former case, in the conventional connected roof mentioned above, not only is an eye-shaped strip sheath piece required to firmly connect the roof sheets, but also the floating of the roof sheets is caused. Since locking portions for preventing the locking are not provided on the eye-shaped rib portion and the bent edge, there is a problem in that the bent edge after connection is easily pulled out from the eye-shaped rib portion. In the latter case, the bent edge can be prevented from being pulled out, but since no means is provided to prevent the leg-like rib from expanding in the left-right direction, the leg-like There was a problem in that it was not possible to reliably prevent the rib portion from expanding in the left-right direction. The present invention forms an uneven structure for preventing floating and spreading at the connecting part of the roof shingles, thereby preventing the rising and spreading of the roof shingle joint without requiring a separate member to strengthen the joint. In addition to reliably preventing water droplets and rainwater from accumulating on the upper ends and inner bottoms of the leg-like ribs, by providing a gutter section that prevents rainwater from entering and condensation and also serves as a water droplet receiver at the connecting part of the roof panels. It is an object of the present invention to provide a connected roof board that is easy to construct and has increased strength at the bottom of the leg-shaped rib portion, so that the bottom can be used as a main building. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a leg-shaped rib portion having a lower surface support edge of the roof plate at one end of the roof plate, and a leg-shaped rib portion is fitted to the other end. In a connecting roof panel in which a combined folded edge is formed and the folded edge is fitted into the leg-shaped rib portion to connect the roof panels, the bottom of the leg-shaped rib portion is formed into a trough-shaped expanded bottom portion. At the same time, a condensation prevention and water droplet receiving gutter part with a concave cross section is connected to the tip of the lower support edge of the roof plate, and is bent so that the bent tip edge is close to the lower surface of the roof plate, and a concave groove having a substantially inverted triangular cross section on one vertical wall of the leg-like rib portion, and a locking surface for preventing floating and expansion having a substantially L-shaped or V-shaped cross section on the upper side; and a protruding strip having a substantially inverted triangular cross section that engages with the groove and having a locking surface for preventing floating and expansion having a substantially L-shaped cross section or a substantially V-shaped cross section connected to the upper side. It is characterized in that it is provided on the bent edge for fitting the leg-shaped rib portion. (Function) When connecting the roof panels A and A , as shown in the first and second figures, the leg-shaped rib portion 1 formed at one end of the roof panel A is adjacent to the leg-shaped rib section 1 formed at the other end of the roof panel A. The locking surfaces 6a, 6 for preventing floating and spreading of the bent edges 7 for fitting the leg-shaped rib portions are fitted.
A locking surface 5 for preventing floating and spreading, in which a protruding strip 6 having a diameter b is provided on the vertical wall portion 1a of the leg-shaped rib portion 1 .
It connects both roof panels A and A by engaging with grooves 5 having grooves a and 5b. In that case, 2nd to 3rd
The bent edge 7 for fitting the leg-shaped rib portion as shown by the arrow in the figure.
The floating prevention locking surfaces 5a and 6a act against the force that tries to push the leg-shaped rib portion 1 upward, that is, the levitation force, and the force that tries to expand the leg-like rib portion 1 in the left-right direction, that is, the expansion force. The expansion-preventing locking surfaces 5b and 6b act against the force, and the floating and expansion of the roof plate connecting portion is reliably prevented. Further, a dew condensation prevention/water droplet receiving gutter section 4 is located on the lower surface of the connecting side of the adjacent roof plate A at the upper end of the leg-like rib portion 1, and a relatively large space 18 is formed on the lower surface of the connecting side. 18 acts as a heat insulator to reduce the temperature difference between the upper surface side of the roof plate and the lower surface side of the roof plate in the connecting portion, and prevents dew condensation from forming on the back side of the roof plate, and also prevents condensation from forming. Even if such a situation occurs, the water droplets are received by the condensation prevention and water droplet receiving gutter section 4 provided in close proximity to the lower surface of the roof board, and furthermore, the water droplets are received by the condensation prevention and water droplet receiving gutter section 4 provided in close proximity to the lower surface of the roof board, and the upper end of the leg-like rib section 1 If rainwater enters the inside of the leg-shaped rib part 1 from the trough-shaped bottom part 2 of the leg-shaped rib part 1, as shown by the arrows in FIGS.
It is discharged to the outside of the building from the 17 eaves gutters that connect to the
This prevents rainwater from accumulating at the bottom of the leg-like rib portions 1 and causing corrosion. (Example) Figures 1 to 5 show an example of the present invention,
Reference numeral 1 denotes a leg-like rib part having vertical wall parts 1a and 1'a bent at one end of the roof plate A , and a gutter-like part attached to the roof purlin or wall base (not shown) at the lower end. The upper end of the vertical wall part 1'a is bent in a substantially horizontal manner, and the lower support edge 3 of the roof plate and the bent end edge are close to the lower surface of the roof plate. It is formed by connecting the prevention and water droplet receiving gutter section 4. The gutter-like expanded bottom part 2 also serves to reinforce the leg-shaped rib part 1 , and at the same time allows rainwater that has entered the leg-shaped rib part 1 from the outside to fall into the gutter-like expanded bottom part 2, thereby preventing the rainwater from entering the leg-like rib part 1 from the outside. It is designed so that it can be discharged to the outside from the trough-like expanded bottom part 2, and depending on the conditions of the structure, it can also be used as a main building by changing its size. Reference numeral 5 is provided on the vertical wall portion 1a and has a substantially inverted triangular cross section, and has a floating prevention locking surface 5a and an expansion prevention locking surface 5b having a substantially L-shaped or V-shaped cross section on the upper side. A concave groove 6 for preventing floating and spreading is formed on the bent edge 7 for fitting the leg-shaped rib portion at the other end of the roof plate A , and has a substantially inverted triangular cross section, and has a substantially L-shaped cross section on the upper side. Alternatively, it is a protruding strip for preventing floating and spreading, which has a locking surface 6a for preventing floating and a locking surface 6b for preventing spreading, each having a substantially V-shaped cross section. Reference numeral 8 denotes a caulking material filling groove provided above the bent edge 7, and the groove 8 can be filled with a required caulking material (not shown). 9 is the bent edge 7 for fitting the leg-shaped rib portion.
10 is an auxiliary locking concave groove provided on the upper part of the vertical wall portion 1a of the leg-shaped rib portion 1 so as to be able to be engaged with the auxiliary locking convex 9; is a concave portion provided above the vertical wall portion 1'a of the leg-like rib portion 1 , in which the caulking material filling groove portion 8 of the bent edge 7 is located. Note that the width dimension of the lower support edge 3 of the roof plate shown in this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the condensation prevention and water droplet receiving gutter part 4, and the casing gutter-like expansible bottom part 2 are not limited to those shown in the drawings. The shapes of the expansion prevention concave grooves 5 and the protrusions 6 can also be as shown in the third figure. Reference numeral 12 shows an example of the usage state of the casing gutter-like expanded bottom part 2, 13 is a main building, 14 is a fastener, 15 is an asphalt waterproof layer, 16 is a finishing layer, 17 is an eaves gutter, 18 is a space, and 19 is a frame. It is. FIG. 5 shows an example in which the trough-like expanded bottom portion 2 of the leg-like rib portion 1 is used as a purlin. (Effects) As explained above, according to the present invention, a leg-shaped rib portion having a lower support edge of the roof plate is formed at one end of the roof plate, and a bent edge for fitting the leg-shaped rib portion is formed at the other end. In the connecting roof plate in which the bent edge is fitted to the leg-shaped rib portion to connect the roof plates, the bottom of the leg-shaped rib portion is formed as a trough-like expanded bottom portion, and the roof plate is connected to the roof plate. At the tip of the lower support edge,
A condensation prevention/water droplet receiving gutter part with a concave cross section is formed by bending so that the bent end edge is close to the lower surface of the roof board, and a vertical wall part of one of the leg-shaped rib parts is further provided with a concave cross-sectional part that is approximately opposite in cross section. Triangular in shape, and provided with a concave groove in which a locking surface for preventing floating and expansion having a substantially L-shaped cross section or a substantially V-shaped cross section is connected to the upper side, and a substantially inverted triangular cross section that engages with the concave groove. A convex strip is provided on the bent edge for fitting the leg-shaped rib portion, and the upper side thereof is connected with a locking surface for preventing floating and expansion having a substantially L-shaped cross section or a substantially V-shaped cross section. Therefore, even if a levitation force and an expansion force act on the connected portion of the roof plate in which the groove grooves for preventing levitation and expansion are fitted and connected, the levitation force is not used to prevent levitation. Since the spreading force is blocked by the engagement of the locking surfaces, and the spreading force is blocked by the engagement of the locking surfaces for preventing expansion, floating and expansion of the connecting portion of the roof board is reliably prevented. Moreover, this can be done strongly with only roof plates without the need for other reinforcing members, so it is economically advantageous, and the adjacent roof plate at the upper end of the leg-shaped rib at the roof plate connection part after construction. A condensation prevention and water droplet receiving gutter section with a concave cross section is located close to the lower surface of the connecting side, and a gutter-shaped space is formed in the lower surface of the connecting side, and the roof of the connecting section is protected by the heat insulating effect of this space. Since it is possible to reduce the temperature difference between the upper surface side of the roof plate and the lower surface side of the roof plate on the side of the lower support edge of the roof plate and the vicinity thereof, the lower surface of the lower support edge of the roof plate in the connection part and the back side of the roof plate in the vicinity thereof can be reduced. In addition, when condensation occurs on the back side of the roof panel, the water droplets are transferred to the back side of the roof panel and the condensation prevention/droplet receiver by capillary action. The condensation prevention/water droplet receiving gutter part can catch drops of water from the gap between the gutter part and discharge them to the outside of the building, and at the same time, the condensation prevention/droplet catch can be carried out when a load is applied from above to the roof board. The water droplets can be caught by the water droplet receiving gutter, and as a result, the roof panels are strong against loads from above that act on the roof panels, and are not easily deformed. Moreover, when rainwater from the outside enters into the leg-shaped rib part from the upper end of the leg-shaped rib part, it can be discharged to the outside of the building through the casing gutter-shaped part at the bottom. The rib portion is not corroded, and the bottom of the leg-like rib portion is formed into a casing gutter-like portion, so that the strength of the leg-like rib portion can be increased and the casing gutter-like portion can be used as a main building. It also has the effect of making the construction simple and easy.
