Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 ２１種類もある複雑な構造のセンタシャフト
を、１種類のみのセンタシャフトで４枚ディスク用から
２４枚ディスク用まで対応できるようにする。 【構成】 白水を繊維と濾過水に分離回収する装置であ
って、センタシャフト２に複数の取り外し及び取り付け
可能な中間スペーサリング１２を設けることにより、１
種類のセンタシャフトで４枚〜２４枚ディスク用まで対
応できる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は紙パルプ製造設備に利用するディスク形白水回収装置用センタシャフ トに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図７及び図８により従来の白水回収装置を説明すると、白水はバージンパルプ と混合し（白水だけではマット形成が困難）て回収機のバット３内へ供給される 。センタシャフト２は表面に複数のディスク１を取り付けている。なお、ディス ク１は１６個のセクタ８からなり、回収機１台に対し最大２４枚取り付けられて いる。 また図５及び図６にセンタシャフト２の詳細構造を示すと、同センタシャフト ２の一端は盲になっており、他端はバルブ本体４に接している。なお、センタシ ャフト２の両端にバルブ本体４を取り付けることもある。 またバルブ本体４は回収機本体に固定（回転しない）し、センタシャフト２と ディスク１はパルプ液（白水＋バージンパルプ）の入ったバット３内を回転する と共に、濾過水を半濁水と清澄水に分ける働きをする。 ここでセクタ８表面の網を通った濾過水は、センタシャフト２内の小室７に集 められ、バルブ本体４及びレグパイプ５内を通ってシールピット６へ回収される 。そしてこの時に発生する真空の下で回収機は運転される。またセクタ網上の繊 維マットは、ノックオフシャワ９で剥ぎ落とされて回収チェスト１０に回収され る。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら前記従来の白水回収装置におけるセンタシャフト２は、４枚ディ スク用から２４枚ディスク用の２１種類もある。従って構造が極めて複雑となる 欠点があった。 本考案は１種類のセンタシャフトで、４枚ディスク用から２４枚ディスク用に 対応できる白水回収装置用センタシャフトを提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このため本考案は、白水を繊維と濾過水に分離回収する装置において、センタ シャフトに複数の取り外し及び取り付け可能な中間スペーサリングを設けてなる もので、これを課題解決のための手段とするものである。

【作用】
センタシャフトに設けた複数の中間スペーサリングを取り外したり、取り付け たりすることにより、１種類のセンタシャフトで４枚ディスク用から２４枚ディ スク用に組み替えることができる。

【実施例】
以下本考案を図面の実施例について説明すると、図１〜図４は本考案の実施例 を示す。図において２はセンタシャフト、４はセンタシャフト２の端部に設けら れたバルブ本体、７は小室、８はセクタ、１１はセクタ取り付けリングであり、 これらは前記従来と同一である。 本考案の特長とする点は、センタシャフト２に取り外し及び取り付け可能な中 間スペーサリング１２を設けてなる点である。なお、図中１３は固定ボルト、１ ４は座金である。
【０００７】 次に作用を説明すると、４枚ディスク用から２４枚ディスク用センタシャフト に組み替える場合、複数の中間スペーサリング１２をセンタシャフト２に取り付 け替えることにより可能になる。またその反対の場合も実施可能である。

【考案の効果】
以上詳細に説明した如く本考案によると、センタシャフトに複数の取り外し及 び取り付け可能な中間スペーサリングを設けたことにより、１種類のセンタシャ フトで４枚ディスク用から２４枚ディスク用まで対応することができる。
