可能にすることにある。The dry manufacturing method has the advantage of being able to mass-produce products at a low price because it can be continuously produced by a press molding machine. On the other hand, if an attempt is made to produce uneven products, The mold release of the kneaded clay becomes worse,
There is a high possibility that the kneaded material is cracked or distorted because it is not uniformly compacted. Therefore, the idea that it is difficult to use as a manufacturing method of a tray or the like having a concave shape in the center has been predominant among those skilled in the art. Further, even if the ceramic trays could be manufactured by the dry manufacturing method, if they were glazed one by one, the productivity would not be improved, and the mass production effect of the dry manufacturing method might not be fully enjoyed. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to make it possible to manufacture a ceramic tray by a dry manufacturing method.

After using a convex mold and a wiping tool such as a sponge or cloth moistened with water, filling the depression of the lower mold with glaze-free clay and press-molding it with the upper mold Provided is a method for manufacturing a ceramic tray in which corner portions of a compacted and molded product are wiped with a wiping tool before firing, and finally the molded product is fired.

The glaze-free clay supplied by making the lower mold concave is gathered in the center of the lower mold, pushed by the upper mold, diffused from the center to the surroundings, and uniformly compacted. Therefore, there is no problem that the molded product is cracked or distorted during firing. Incidentally, when the lower mold is convex and the upper mold is concave, the non-glazed clay gathers in the periphery, so that the center becomes thin and the pressure is not uniformly applied, and the ceramic tray is distorted during firing. In addition, the mold gradually wears out after long-term use, so that looseness occurs between the upper mold and the lower mold, which causes burrs around the molded product. However, since the chamfer is made by wiping the corners with a wiping tool before firing the molded product, burrs can be removed neatly.
Mass production of burr-free ceramic trays without being affected by die wear.

おく。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a perspective view of the ceramic tray, FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional view of the ceramic tray, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the wiping tool, and FIG.
(A), (b) is sectional drawing explaining a press process.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the ceramic tray 1 has a shape in which the peripheral edge is slightly curved upward, and can be used as tableware, or can be widely used as a tray for small items such as ornaments or a soap dish. It is a thing. The granular non-glazed clay 2 which is a raw material of the ceramic tray 1 has a water content adjusted to 5 to 10%. Appropriate pigments can be added to the non-glaze clay 2 to develop an appropriate color such as blue, pink, black, buff, yellow, brown, green, black brown, red, and gray. In the mold 3 of the press molding machine, the lower mold 3a has a concave shape that forms the outer surface of the ceramic tray 1, and the upper mold 3b has a convex shape that forms the inner surface of the ceramic tray 1. In addition,
By providing the surface of the lower mold 3a and the upper mold 3b with projections and depressions of figures and characters as appropriate, the surface of the ceramic tray 1 can be provided with a projection and depression pattern. As the wiping tool 4, a thin sponge is used as shown in FIG. 3, and water is sufficiently contained at the time of use.

As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the upper mold 3 b is lowered and the non-glazed clay 2 is pressed. As a result, the non-glaze clay 2 is pressed and solidified, and a molded product having a shape as shown in FIG. 1 is formed. A corner portion E of this molded product (however, FIGS. 1 and 2 are in a state after chamfered by wiping with water) is wiped with a wiping tool 4 before firing. As a result, the corner portion E of the molded product is chamfered, and even if there is a burr, it is removed cleanly. And finally,
The molded product is fired to complete the ceramic tray 1 shown in FIG.

な陶製トレー1を安価に安定供給することができる。As described above, the present invention is based on the dry manufacturing method, which has been difficult to achieve in the past, by organically connecting the respective elements such as the glazed clay 2, the shape of the mold 3 and the wiping tool 4. It is possible to manufacture the ceramic tray 1, and since the use of the non-glazed clay 2 eliminates the trouble of glazing, the mass production effect of the dry manufacturing method can be fully enjoyed, and the versatile ceramic tray 1 can be manufactured at low cost. A stable supply is possible.
