Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tile suitable for use in, for example, an interior / exterior wall decoration material or a flooring material of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various tiles have been proposed for use as interior and exterior wall decoration materials or flooring materials of buildings. By the way, in recent years, among tiles , there has been a tendency to prefer tiles whose surface is formed like natural weathering. For example, as such, after being molded and fired with relatively soft raw materials, individually like natural weathering. There are those that have been ground or cut. In addition, there are those obtained by adding a foaming agent to the raw material and firing so that the surface side becomes an uneven surface.
[0003]
However, all of the above conventional products have high water absorbency and inferior strength, so that there are cases where problems occur particularly when used as an outer wall material for a long time, such as cracks when frozen. In addition, those that are processed into natural weathering after firing have been damaged during processing or have fragile parts, making it difficult to produce stable products. In addition, skill was required for production, and remarkably labor and time were required.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a tile that can produce a tile having a surface that is naturally weathered, that has low water absorption, and that is excellent in strength, in an extremely easy and quality stable product. There is to do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
What solves the above-mentioned problems are a step of forming a base portion of a required form using a ceramic raw material, a step of forming irregularities on the surface side of the base portion, and a powder made of a ceramic raw material on the surface side of the base portion. A method for manufacturing a tile comprising a step of forming a surface portion by attaching a solid body or a granular body, and a step of firing the base portion provided with the surface portion , wherein irregularities are formed on the surface side of the base portion A step of cutting and forming a plurality of concave grooves intersecting the surface side of the base portion to form a rough surface, and then, on a pressing table in which a large number of protrusions having different sizes and shapes are randomly arranged, The tile manufacturing method is a step of forming a large number of random and partial concave portions on the surface side by pressing the surface side of the base portion .
[0006]
The tile of the present invention is formed so that the surface of the tile is naturally weathered because a powdery or granular material made of a ceramic raw material is adhered to the surface side of the base portion before firing.
[0007]
In addition, it is not necessary to use a particularly soft ceramic raw material for the base portion, and the base portion is formed separately from the surface portion, so that a base portion having low water absorption and excellent strength can be configured. Furthermore, since the product is not impacted by surface processing such as grinding after firing, a product that is extremely easy and stable in quality is produced.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the tile of the present invention will be described with reference to one embodiment shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the tile of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the tile 1 of this embodiment has a base portion 2 formed into a required form using a ceramic raw material, and a powdery or granular material made of a ceramic raw material is attached to the surface side of the base portion 2. After the surface portion 3 is formed on the base portion 2, the surface portion 3 is fired. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.
[0010]
The base portion 2 is a part constituting the main body of the tile 1 and is formed into a required form using a ceramic raw material. The tile 1 of this embodiment is a double-cage tile, and the base portion 2 is formed in a rectangular shape having such a size, and has a back foot 6 extending in the longitudinal direction on the back surface side.
[0011]
The surface portion 3 is a part constituting the surface pattern of the tile 1, and the surface portion 3 is formed on the base portion 2 by adhering a powdery or granular material 5 made of a ceramic raw material, and then fired naturally. It is formed like weathering.
[0012]
The powdery or granular material 5 is made of a ceramic raw material, and in this embodiment, a powdery material of the same ceramic raw material as that of the base portion 2 is used. However, the powder or granule 5 in the present invention is not limited to the same ceramic raw material powder as that of the base body 2, and widely includes powders or granules mainly made of the ceramic raw material. For example, a granular material of the same ceramic raw material as the base portion 2, a mixture of a powdery material and granular material of the same ceramic raw material as the base portion 2, and a powdery material of a ceramic raw material that is similar to or different from the base portion 2 Or a granular material, and further, a material formed by kneading glaze into a ceramic material, and then formed into a powdered material or granular material, a powdered material made of a ceramic material or a mixture of pigments, or a ceramic material What mixed the pulverized material (granular material), such as a feldspar, with the powdery body etc. may be used.
[0013]
Next, the tile manufacturing method of the present invention will be described with reference to one embodiment shown in FIGS. The manufacturing method of the tile 1 of this embodiment includes a step of forming a base portion 2 of a required form using a ceramic raw material, a step of forming irregularities 4 on the surface side of the base portion 2, and a surface side of the base portion 2. It has the process of attaching the powdery body or granular material 5 which consists of ceramic raw materials, and forming the surface part 3, and the process of baking the base | substrate part 2 provided with the surface part 3. Hereinafter, each step will be described in detail.
[0014]
In the step of forming the base portion 2 of the required form using the ceramic raw material, as shown in FIG. 3, a double-clad tile formed by overlapping two backside tiles is produced by extrusion molding. In addition, since the cutting | disconnection means (for example, piano wire) is stretched by the opening | mouth part (not shown) of an extrusion molding machine, it is extruded in the state which can be divided into 2 along an extrusion direction. Moreover, since the fine uneven part is provided in the inner surface of the mouth part of the extrusion molding machine, a large number of grooves 7 along the longitudinal direction (extrusion direction) are formed on the surface side 3a of the base part 2 as it is extruded. Is formed.
[0015]
However, the tile manufacturing method of the present invention is not limited to the method of forming the base portion 2 by extrusion molding as in this embodiment, and any method can be used as long as the base portion 2 of the required form can be formed. Alternatively, for example, press molding may be used. In addition, the tile manufacturing method of the present invention may include a step of forming irregularities (for example, the concave groove 7 of this embodiment) on the surface side in the base body forming step.
[0016]
The step of forming the irregularities 4 on the surface side of the base portion 2 includes a step of cutting the surface side 3 a of the base portion 2 to form a scratch 8 and a step of pressing the surface side 3 a of the base portion 2 with the pressing table 10. And have.
[0017]
In the step of forming the scratch 8 on the surface side 3a of the base portion 2, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of concave grooves are formed in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction. More specifically, a scratch (scratches such as combs) 8 is made in a direction oblique to or perpendicular to the longitudinal direction using a scratch forming tool (not shown) provided with a number of protruding pins. The scratch 8 is preferably formed deeper than the concave groove 7 provided in the forming process of the base portion 2, and this process may be sufficiently scraped so that the surface side 3a becomes a rough surface. preferable.
[0018]
In the step of pressing the surface side 3a of the base 2 with the pressing table 10, as shown in FIG. 5, the pressing table 10 in which a large number of protrusions (for example, stones) 11 having different sizes and forms are randomly arranged. Then, the surface side 3a of the base portion 2 is pressed to form a lot of random (disordered) and partial recesses on the surface side 3a.
[0019]
As described above, in the tile manufacturing method of this embodiment, a number of groove grooves 7 extending in the longitudinal direction are formed in the surface side 3a in the molding process of the base portion 2, and then the surface side 3a of the base portion 2 is cut. A rough surface is formed by scratching, and the surface side 3a of the base portion 2 is pressed against the pressing base 10 on which the protrusions 11 are arranged, thereby forming the unevenness 4 as shown in FIG. is doing. In particular, it is more preferable to perform rough surface formation and concave portion formation, whereby the surface portion 3 substantially the same as natural weathering is formed.
[0020]
In the step of forming the surface portion 3 by attaching a powdery body or granular material 5 made of a ceramic raw material to the surface side 3a of the base body portion 2, as shown in FIG. 7, a container 12 containing the powdery body or granular material 5 is contained. In the inside, it presses lightly on the surface side 3a of the base | substrate part 2, and the powdery body or the granular material 5 is made to adhere to the surface side 3a. FIG. 8 shows a state after the adhesion.
[0021]
In addition, about the powdery body or the granular material 5, it is as above-mentioned and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted. Further, in this embodiment, the powdery body or the granular body 5 is attached by the method as described above. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the powdery body or the granular body 5a is formed on the surface side 3a of the base portion 2. Any method may be used as long as the body 5 can be attached. For example, the powder 5 or the granular material 5 may be sprinkled, applied, sprayed, or the like. Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the irregularities 4 are formed on the surface side 3a of the base portion 2 and the powdery or granular material 5 is adhered in an undried state, no adhering material is used. However, the surface portion 3 can be formed in a natural weathering manner. However, for example, a powdered or granular material 5 attached to the base portion 2 via an attachment material such as slurry of the same ceramic raw material is also included in the present invention. Included in the category.
[0022]
In the step of firing the base portion 2 provided with the surface portion 3, it is sufficient to dry the substrate in the state shown in FIG. And if it bisects along the cut surface provided at the formation process after baking, the tile 1 shown in FIG. 1 will be produced.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the surface is naturally weathered and has low water absorption and excellent strength.
According to the invention described in claim 2, a tile having the effect of the invention described in claim 1 can be manufactured very easily.
