横鋸55の位置(切断位置)に合わせL1が製品寸法と
なるようにする(図12)。尚、板材Wの投入は自動投
入装置(図示せず)によって無人化することが可能であ
る。 (2)次に板材縦送り装置7をSの方向へ移動させ、材
料押さえ装置4と板材縦送り装置7のメイン押えシリン
ダ75とシリンダ79とを作動させて板材押さえ74と
材料受け78とで板材Wを挟む。そして横鋸ユニット5
を作動させて横鋸55により板材Wを一次切断して行く
(図13、図14(図13のB−B矢視図))。尚、一
次切断後は材料押さえ装置4のみ解除して板材縦送り装
置7が板材Wを材料押さえ74と材料受け78で挟んで
後退させて縦鋸ユニット6による二次切断に移る。 (3)二次切断に際しては予め縦鋸ユニット6の各縦鋸
611等を幅方向に移動させて所定の幅寸法になるよう
に位置をセットして置く。次に板材縦送り装置7を駆動
装置により駆動しつつTの方向(図13)に移動させ縦
鋸611等で二次切断する(図15)。この場合、図1
5のC−D矢視図である図16に示すように、板材縦送
り装置7の補助シリンダ77(図9参照)を作動させ補
助押さえ76により板材Wを押さえた状態でTの方向へ
板材Wを送る。 (4)二次切断後板材縦送り装置7のシリンダ79を作
動させると材料受け78が回転して開く。そして補助材
料押さえ80で板材Wを押さえつつ、縦送り装置7を更
に後退させると二次加工された板材Wはコンベヤ8上に
降ろされてUの方向へ搬送される。尚、図示しないが二
次加工された板材Wは次の処理機械(面取機、受取装置
等)へ搬出される。板材縦送り装置7は更にコンベヤ8
より離れるように少し後退してからシリンダ79を作動
させ材料受け78を元の位置へ戻す(図17(図15の
E−F矢視図))。 (5)縦送り装置7の材料受け78やメイン押えシリン
ダ75等を解除して次の製品寸法に合うように縦鋸ユニ
ット6を幅方向に移動させて位置決めする(前回と同じ
製品寸法であれば位置決めは不要)。そして次の一次切

管表示装置(CRT)上で対話入力しつつ切断デ−タを
直接このパネルソ−に送ることが出来るのでデ−タの設
定ミス等をなくして製品の歩留りを良くすることが出来
る。
