Claims (10)

1. The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerical control turning machine tool is characterized by comprising a material box arranged at the tail end of a numerical control workshop, an automatic material taking mechanism arranged beside a workpiece clamp on the numerical control workshop, and a conveying mechanism arranged at the discharge port of the material box, wherein the discharge end of the conveying mechanism corresponds to the position of a clamping manipulator of the automatic material taking mechanism, and a track plate is arranged in the material box; the top surface of the track plate is used for placing a workpiece to be processed and corresponds to the discharge hole of the feed box; the material box is provided with a material pushing mechanism which pushes the workpieces to be processed on the top surface of the track plate to the conveying mechanism one by one; and clamping the workpiece to be processed at the discharge end of the conveying mechanism by a clamping manipulator of the automatic material taking mechanism, and automatically conveying the clamped workpiece to be processed to a workpiece clamp of a numerical control workshop.

The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerically controlled turning machine tool according to claim 1, wherein the automatic material taking mechanism comprises a transverse translation mechanism, a longitudinal translation mechanism and a vertical lifting mechanism, the longitudinal translation mechanism is mounted on a sliding portion of the automatic translation mechanism, the vertical lifting mechanism is mounted on a sliding portion of the longitudinal translation mechanism, and a clamping manipulator which is perpendicular to the discharge end of the conveying mechanism is mounted on a sliding portion of the vertical lifting mechanism.

The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerically controlled turning machine tool according to claim 2, wherein the transverse translation mechanism comprises a transverse translation cylinder, a frame body fixed to the rear side portion of the top surface of the base at the numerical control workshop, a transverse linear guide fixed to the top surface of the frame body, and a transverse translation plate fixed to a slide block of the transverse linear guide; a transverse translation cylinder is fixed at one end of the top surface of the frame body, and the end part of a movable rod of the transverse translation cylinder is fixedly connected with the end surface of a transverse translation plate.

The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerically controlled turning machine tool according to claim 3, wherein the longitudinal translation mechanism comprises a longitudinal translation cylinder, a longitudinal linear guide fixed to the top surface of the transverse translation plate, and a longitudinal translation frame fixed to a slide block of the longitudinal linear guide, the longitudinal translation cylinder is fixed to the rear side end of the transverse translation plate, and the end of a piston rod of the longitudinal translation cylinder is fixedly connected with the longitudinal translation frame.

The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerically controlled turning machine tool according to claim 4, wherein the vertical lifting mechanism comprises a vertical lifting cylinder, a vertical lifting linear guide rail vertically fixed on the front side surface of the front side plate of the longitudinal translation frame, and a vertical lifting plate fixed on a slide block of the vertical lifting linear guide rail, a rotary positioning device is mounted at the bottom of the vertical lifting plate, and a clamping manipulator is mounted on a rotary part of the rotary positioning device; the vertical lifting cylinder is fixed at the top of the vertical lifting plate, the end part of a piston rod of the vertical lifting cylinder is fixedly connected with the vertical lifting plate through a connecting plate, a frame plate is fixed at the top end of the vertical lifting plate, a CCD detection camera corresponding to a clamping jaw part of the clamping manipulator is installed on the frame plate, and the rotary positioning device enables the clamping manipulator to rotate 180 degrees after rotating 90 degrees.

The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerically controlled turning machine tool according to claim 5, wherein the rotary positioning device comprises a servo motor mounted on the top of the vertical lifting plate through a motor fixing frame, a rotating shaft mounted on the bottom of the vertical lifting plate through a bearing, and a rotating disc fixed on the front side end of the rotating shaft, a clamping manipulator is fixed on the front side surface of the rotating disc, an L-shaped limiting plate is fixed on the side surface of the clamping manipulator, and a limiting induction plate is bent at the top of the longitudinal portion of the L-shaped limiting plate; the left side and the right side of the bottom of the vertical lifting plate are fixed with induction switches which are arranged correspondingly, the top surface of the front side surface of the vertical lifting plate is fixed with an induction switch, the three induction switches are distributed in an isosceles triangle shape, and the limit induction plate is correspondingly inserted into an induction groove of any induction switch.

The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerically controlled turning machine tool according to claim 6, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a belt conveyor and bars fixed to both sides of the top surface of the belt conveyor, the inner side surfaces of the bars are inclined surfaces, a discharge positioning block is fixed to the discharge end of the belt conveyor, a workpiece placing groove is formed in the discharge positioning block, a channel for a clamping plate of a clamping manipulator to penetrate through is formed in the bottom surface of the workpiece placing groove, the discharge positioning block is fixed to the end portion of the bar, and the feed end of the belt conveyor corresponds to the discharge port of the bin.

The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerically-controlled turning machine tool according to claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing cylinder parallel to the conveying mechanism, a pushing plate fixed to an end portion of a piston rod of the pushing cylinder, and a pushing linear guide rail arranged parallel to the pushing cylinder, an end portion of a cylinder body of the pushing cylinder is fixed to a discharge port of the material box through a fixing plate, the pushing plate is located above a track groove of the track plate, two ends of the pushing linear guide rail are fixed to the fixing plate at the discharge port of the material box and a top portion of one side of the material box opposite to the discharge port, respectively, and an end portion of the piston rod of the pushing cylinder is fixedly connected to a slider of the pushing linear guide.

The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerically controlled turning machine tool according to claim 1, wherein openings are formed in two sides of the track groove of the track plate, and the bottom surface of each opening is an inclined surface; the inclined plane is connected with a blanking inclined plate which is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the material box, and the bottom of the material box is fixedly provided with a material gathering inclined plate.

The machine vision-assisted unmanned numerically controlled turning machine tool according to claim 1, further comprising a frame and a pushing cylinder, wherein the bin is fixed on the top surface of the top plate of the frame, the pushing cylinder is vertically fixed on the bottom surface of the top plate of the frame, and the bottom of the track plate is fixedly connected with the end portion of the piston rod of the pushing cylinder after sequentially penetrating through the bin and the top plate of the frame.
