2. Description of the Related Art Generally, seats for automobiles, offices, etc. are usually constructed by attaching a seat cover to the surface of a cushion material made of urethane foam or the like. When installing this seat cover, a seat cover having a shape substantially the same as that of the cushion material is conventionally sewn, and the seat cover is covered along the surface of the cushion material,
The two were fixed by hog rings or adhesive means.

However, as described above, when the seat cover is fixed to the cushion material by the hog ring or the adhesive means, a large number of fixing tools and the like are required, and fixing with these fixing tools also requires a lot of labor. . Moreover, when the seat cover is fixed to the cushion material side using a large number of fixing tools, the cushion material is deformed and the appearance of the seat cushion or seat back is changed, and it is difficult to obtain stable quality. There are also problems such as.

On the other hand, recently, a surface fastener having a large number of engaging elements on the front surface and a large number of embedded elements on the back surface is used, and this surface fastener is embedded in the surface of the molded body to be molded, so-called mold-in. Molding technology was developed. The embedded element on the back surface of the embedded surface fastener is embedded and engaged in the molded body, and the engaging element on the front surface is exposed on the outer surface of the molded body.

Therefore, by utilizing the above-mentioned mold-in molding technique, a surface fastener is attached to the surface of the cushion material in an exposed manner, and the seat cover is engaged with an engaging element of the surface fastener. It has been considered that the seat cover is covered along the cushion material by mounting the elements and engaging the engaging elements with the engaged elements. As a surface fastener body preferably used in that case, there is a known surface fastener body A as shown in FIG.

In FIG. 6, a surface fastener body A uses a surface fastener E having a large number of engaging elements C and embedded elements D on both front and back surfaces of a base material B, and is provided on the outer surface side of the engaging element C. The metal plate F attracting the magnet body embedded in the mold during molding is provided, and the metal plate F and the engaging element C are entirely covered so that the molding material flows into the engaging element C side during molding. A film G is attached to prevent this. The outer peripheral edge portion of the film G is joined and integrated with the peripheral edge portion of the surface fastener E by heat sealing processing means or the like.

However, in the above surface fastener body A, since it is necessary to attach the film G for preventing the inflow of the molding material to the engaging element C side by means of heat sealing processing means, etc. Regardless of when the fastener body A is linear, it is extremely difficult to form the surface fastener body A in a continuous curved shape or the like due to the difficulty of heat sealing. Therefore, it is not possible to adequately support applications such as seats where designs are complicated and diversified. In addition, although it is possible to arrange a plurality of linear surface fastener members A corresponding to a complicated design, in that case, a gap is generated between the adjacent surface fastener members A. Therefore, a portion of the seat cover corresponding to the gap is dented and the appearance is deteriorated.

By cutting or die-cutting the surface fastener body having the above-described structure, it is possible to easily obtain even a complicated shape, and it is possible to cope with a variety of uses in which the design is complicated. Further, since the surface fastener body can be continuously cut or die-cut even if the design is complicated, even if the portion of the molded body that needs to be engaged with the seat cover has a complicated shape, By embedding the hook-and-loop fastener body processed into a different shape into the molded body and covering the seat cover from above, this sheet cover can be reliably covered along the outer shape of the molded body, and the appearance is good. The design can be accurate.

In the embedded element 53, the foaming agent is embedded in the embedded element 53.
Any shape may be used as long as it can penetrate between the three and is firmly adhered to the foaming agent. Therefore, in addition to the loop shape, various shapes such as T-shape and Y-shape are used. Further, as the second base material 54 having the embedded element 53, a non-woven fabric or a material that is firmly adhered to the stock solution (foaming agent) of the cushion material 2, such as urethane which is the same material as the cushion material 2, is used. It When this urethane is used, since it has elasticity, there is an advantage that the feel of the cushion material 2 is not deteriorated.

Further, in the present invention, the gap between the engaging elements of the surface fastener is sealed by the sealing material provided on the back surface side of the fastener cover so that the molding material flows between the engaging elements during molding. By removing the sealing material after molding, the engaging element can be reliably exposed on the outer surface of the molded body.
