Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a vehicle seat in which a cushion body made of a foaming resin is covered with a skin, in which a molding surface fastener is fixed to the surface of the cushion body. The molding surface fastener has a large number of engaging elements that engage with the lining of the seat on one surface and a large number of embedded elements that are embedded in the cushion body during molding. The lining of the outer skin is engaged with the engaging element of the molding surface fastener fixed to the surface of the cushion body to bring the outer skin into close contact with the cushion body.

It may flow between the fastener and the mold. In such a case, the engaging element of the molding surface fastener is covered with the resin, and the molding surface fastener and the lining of the sheet are not sufficiently engaged.

At that time, the molding surface fastener may wavy, or the molding surface fastener may be dislocated from the mold due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the molding surface fastener and the metal sheet or the tape for masking due to heat during molding, and it may come off. It was difficult to obtain a cushion body in which the molding surface fasteners were correctly fixed.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a molding die of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view. The mold 1 is provided with a bank-shaped projection 2 having a height of usually 1 to 5 mm to which the outer peripheral edge of the molding surface fastener is mounted. The upper portion of this protrusion forms a flat surface. The flat portion is to be fitted with flat portions formed on at least both side edges of the forming surface fastener, and is usually 3
~ 8 mm wide.

When the O-ring 3 shown in FIG. 2 is used as the sealing material, it is necessary to provide the groove 4 for mounting the O-ring on the flat portion. When a sheet-shaped nonwoven fabric or the like is used as the sealing material, it is not necessary to provide the O-ring groove.

In consideration of the thickness of the base of the molding surface fastener and the flat portion provided around the molding surface fastener, the top of the groove 5 is formed in a mold for mounting the molding surface fastener in a flat state on the mold. 0 from the flat part provided
It is set to 1.5 mm, usually 0.3 to 1.0 mm lower.
If the height is set lower than 1.5 mm, the molding surface fastener fixed in the mold becomes U-shaped, and both side edges of the molding surface fastener are lifted from the mold, and between the both side edges of the molding surface fastener and the mold. The resin may flow into the engaging element of the molding surface fastener from the provided gap.

The width is 5 mm, usually 0.2 to 0.3 mm smaller. If the width of the groove is smaller than the width of the expansion head of the molding surface fastener by 0.5 mm or more, it is difficult to fit the engaging element in the groove, and even if the engaging element can be fitted in the groove, It becomes difficult to take out the resin molding from the mold, and the molding surface fastener may peel off when the resin molding is forcibly taken out. Further, if the width of the groove is made larger than the width of the expansion head of the molding surface fastener, positioning when mounting the molding surface fastener to the mold is difficult.
