There is a known method of fixing a skin material to a cushion body using a rubber band. Regarding the attachment of the hook-and-loop fastener to the surface of the cushion body in this method,
For example, a sheet made of nonwoven fabric or the like is attached to the back side of a hook-like fastener having a hook-like engagement element by an appropriate means to form an engagement member, and this is fixed and sealed in a mold with an adhesive, and then the molding material is placed in the mold. There is a method in which the hook-shaped engaging element of the hook-and-loop fastener is entirely covered with a film and an engaging member comprising a thin metal sheet is provided in the mold (see Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-184599). There is a known method (see Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 179003/1983) in which the molding material is introduced into the mold and foamed after being attracted and fixed using a magnet, and the engaging member is integrally joined to the molded body. ing.

Among the above-mentioned methods for attaching the hook-and-loop fastener to the cushion body, the method using adhesive in parentheses has the problem that fixing the hook-and-loop fastener in the mold is troublesome and it is difficult to adjust the attachment position. Ta. In addition, in the engaging member used in method (), since the entire hook-like engaging element is covered with a film, it is not effective in preventing the molding material from entering between the hook-like engaging elements during molding. Although this method is excellent, it is time-consuming to remove the film covering the hook-like engagement element after the molded body is removed from the mold after molding is completed, or a film that melts when the molding material foams is used. In this case as well, there was a drawback that an undissolved film remained as a residue on the hook-like engagement element, reducing the engagement force. In addition, the conventional engaging member has the disadvantage that it is hard and thick because the fixing member is adhered to the back surface of the hook-and-loop fastener, and the manufacturing process is time-consuming.

The present invention was created in view of these points,
According to the present invention, the locking member is integrally attached to the surface of the cushion body when the cushion body is molded, and the locking member includes a base fabric and a locking member provided on the surface of the base fabric. a plurality of hook-like engagement elements arranged on the base fabric, multifilament loops planted in a straight line on flat parts provided on both side edges of the surface of the base fabric, and a cushion body planted on the back side of the base fabric. An integrally molded locking member is provided comprising a plurality of monofilament loops embedded in the cushion body to secure the locking member to the surface of the cushion body.

Comparatively thin and soft.

FIG. 3b is a cross-sectional view showing the arrangement of the locking member before the hook-shaped locking element 2 of the locking member is engaged with the locking element 7 fixed to the bottom surface of the groove 6 provided inside the mold 5 by adhesive or the like, and the groove edge is sealed with the multifilament loop 3 provided at the edge of the locking member, and then the foamed synthetic resin raw material 8 is poured in. At this time, the multifilament loop 3 prevents the raw material from penetrating into the groove. On the other hand, the monofilament loop provided on the back surface of the locking member is fitted into the raw material and firmly joined. The locking member of the present invention is a thin and soft member in which the hook-shaped locking element 2 and the multifilament loop 3 on the front side of the base fabric 1 and the monofilament loop 4 on the back side are knitted and woven on the same base fabric, so that it can be easily adapted even if the mold has a slight slope, and the groove edge can be sealed without any gaps to prevent the raw material from penetrating.
