According to the present invention, cellophane is impregnated with an amino resin, dried, and then a curing agent, a release agent, metal flakes and / or metal fibers, and if necessary, a coloring agent is added. The above-mentioned object can be achieved because of the characteristic amino resin molding material, and the present invention will be described in detail below.

As the amino resin used in the present invention, all amino resins such as urea and melamine can be used. For the amino resin, for example, 1 to 3 mol of formaldehyde and PH 7 to 7 mol per 1 mol of the amino compound such as urea and melamine. 12
It is obtained by reacting at 50 to 100 ° C. under The cellophane as the filler and the reinforcing material impregnated with the amino resin is not particularly limited, and cellophane in general can be used. The addition amount of cellophane is 20 to 50 of amino resin.
Weight% (hereinafter simply referred to as%) is preferable. That is, if it is less than 20%, the drying property is deteriorated, and if it exceeds 50%, the flow during molding tends to be small and the moldability tends to be deteriorated. Phthalic anhydride or the like is used as a curing agent, and amino resin 100
It is preferable to add 0.01 to 3 parts by weight to parts by weight (hereinafter simply referred to as “parts”). As the release agent, fatty acid, fatty acid metal salt, wax or the like is used, and it is 0.0 to 100 parts of resin.
It is preferable to add 1 to 5 parts. As the metal flakes and metal fibers, aluminum, copper, gold, silver, brass, stainless steel flakes and fibers are used, and it is preferable to add 0.05 to 20% of the total amount of flakes and / or fibers.
That is, if it is less than 0.05%, it is difficult to obtain a metallic tone.
This is because if it exceeds%, it is difficult to be transparent. Further, a colorant is added if necessary. Thus mix the above materials,
Amino resin molding material is obtained by mixing, kneading, pulverizing, and further granulating as necessary. Regarding the timing of adding metal flakes and metal fibers, metal flakes and metal fibers are added to clarify the metallic tone. It is preferable that after mixing, mixing, kneading, and pulverizing only the materials except the above, metal flakes and metal fibers are added and mixed to obtain a molding material. The molding material is molded by compression molding, transfer molding, injection molding or the like.
