のである。The melamine resin used in the present invention contains 1.2 to 3 mol of formaldehyde and PH8 per mol of melamine.
The melamine resin obtained by reacting at -12 to 60 to 95 ° C is modified with a glycidyl compound, preferably a glycidyl ether epoxy resin. The modification with the glycidyl compound is 5 to 40% by weight of the melamine resin (hereinafter simply referred to as
It is preferable that it is 10 to 30%. For the modification, the melamine resin and the glycidyl compound are added to 60-
It is denatured by heating at 150 ° C. for 0.5-4 hours. This is because if the amount of the glycidyl compound is less than 5%, the transparency tends to decrease, and if it exceeds 40%, the appearance of the molded product tends to deteriorate. Cellophane is not particularly limited, and cellophane in general can be used. The addition amount of cellophane is preferably 20 to 50% of the resin. That is, if it is less than 20%, the drying property tends to deteriorate, and if it exceeds 50%, the flow during molding tends to be small and the moldability tends to deteriorate. As a curing agent, phthalic anhydride or the like is used, and it is preferable to add 0.01 to 3 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the resin (hereinafter simply referred to as “part”). As the release agent, fatty acid, fatty acid metal salt,

Partial addition is preferred. In the present invention, cellophane serves as a filler, so that pulp, wood powder, etc. which have been conventionally used as a filler are not used. Further, a colorant is added if necessary. Thus, the above materials are blended, mixed, kneaded,
A melamine resin molding material is obtained by pulverizing and further granulating if necessary. The molding material is molded by compression molding, transfer molding, injection molding or the like.

To 80 parts of a melamine resin obtained by adding 6 mol and reacting at 85 ° C. for 1 hour with PH9, 20 parts of a glycidyl ether epoxy resin was added and heated at 90 ° C. for 30 minutes to obtain an epoxy-modified melamine resin. Next, 40 parts of cellophane, 0.3 parts of phthalic anhydride, and 0.05 parts of zinc stearate were mixed with 60 parts of the epoxy-modified melamine resin, mixed, kneaded, and pulverized to obtain a melamine resin molding material. Next, the molding material was molded using a transfer molding machine at a mold temperature of 145 ° C. and a molding pressure of 100 Kg / cm 2 for a curing time of 3 minutes to obtain a molded product having a thickness of 1 mm.
