ン、6ナイロン、6.10ナイロン、11ナイロン、共
重合ナイロン、変性ナイロン等と言われているものであ
る。アルコール可溶性ポリアミド樹脂の量は、アミノ樹
脂100重量部(以下単に部と記す)に対して1〜10
0部であることが好ましい。即ち1部未満では寸法安定
性、耐衝撃性が向上し難く、100部を越えると耐熱
性、硬度が低下する傾向にあるからである。アルコール
可溶性ポリアミド樹脂はそのまま添加するのではなく、
アルコールに溶解させて用いることが必要である。硬化
剤としては無水フタル酸等を用い、樹脂100重量部
(以下単に部と記す)に対し0.01〜3部添加するこ
とが好ましい。離型剤としては脂肪酸、脂肪酸金属塩、
ワックス等を用い、樹脂100部に対して0.05〜5
部添加することが好ましい。充填剤、補強剤としてはパ
ルプ、木粉、ガラス繊維、炭酸カルシュム、タルク等を
用いる。更に必要に応じて着色剤が添加される。かくし
て上記材料を配合、混合、混練、粉砕し、更に必要に応
じて造粒してアミノ樹脂成形材料を得るものである。該
成形材料の成形については、圧縮成形、トランスフアー
成形、射出成形等で成形するものである。
