[Problems to be solved] However, the work of filling the caulking material in each gap takes time in proportion to the number of floor boards, and since it takes time for the caulking material to harden to some extent, such floor boards are laid. Not only is the work troublesome, but the construction period is long. In addition, the floor plate on which the packing is fitted on each joint surface has a complicated manufacturing process, and the packing cannot avoid deterioration due to aging. The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a rubber floor plate which is not only capable of being laid by a simple operation but also excellent in wastewater treatment.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the floor plate 5 uses a metal plate such as a damping steel plate or a general steel plate as the core member 6,
The upper surface, the lower surface, and the four circumferences are all covered with synthetic rubber 7 to form a rectangular plate. In the floorboard 5 according to the present invention, one or more ridges 8 that are substantially parallel to the respective side edges are provided at least at or near the side edges on the lower surface side. That is, according to the illustrated embodiment,
The ridges 8 having a corrugated cross section are arranged between the side edges. Also,
The ridges 8 at the side edges are formed so as to form valleys 9. Although the number of the ridges 8 is not limited, it may be 3 due to reasons such as the width of the cross member of the frame 4 to be pressed and the ensuring of watertightness.
Standard is desirable.

The long side of the floorboard 5 is the width of the corridor,
That is, the length of the frame body 4 from the pillar 1 side to the wall surface side of the building is set to be almost equal, and the short side of the floor plate 5 is set to be slightly shorter than the length of the frame body 4 in the corridor direction, so that one frame is formed. The side edges of the floor plates 5 and 5 adjacent to each other on the long side frame member of the body 4 can be simultaneously placed. In addition, the illustrated frame body 4 includes two floor plates 5 and 5.
The size is set so that each floor board is set, but each floor board may be provided with a corresponding frame, or three or more floor boards may be placed. In short, it suffices that the flat surface of the frame body 4 or the like is located under the joint between the adjacent floor plates 5, 5.

The fastening holes 1 formed in each floor plate 5
Each floor plate 5 is fixed to the frame body 4 by locking the lower end of a fastener (not shown) such as a screw inserted in the frame 7 in the receiving hole 18 of the frame body 4. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, both floor boards 5
Due to the elasticity of the rubber 7, the bonding surface 19 of the above-mentioned No. 3 adheres to each other without a gap. That is, the first step portion 10 and the second step portion 11 of the adjacent floorboards 5 are fitted to each other so that no gap is created, and the upper surfaces of the adjacent floorboards 5 are flush with each other and the lower surfaces are flush with each other. Further, even if the rainwater exceeds the upper end of the second protrusion 16, the rainwater flows into the space 21 surrounded by the ridge 8 and the flat portion 20 of the frame body 4, and the flat portion 20. The water is drained toward the front frame due to the inclination of the frame body 4. Moreover, in the illustrated embodiment, a plurality of ridges 8 ... Are arranged side by side to form a plurality of spaces 21 ..
Even if it is not possible to prevent the intrusion of rainwater into 1, it is sealed by the ridges 8 arranged on the outside of the adjacent space 21. It can be blocked and drained through each space 21 towards the front girder 2. Thus, in this embodiment,
The space 21 formed by fitting the second step portions 10 and 11 and the ridges 8 ...
The two-tiered construction prevents rainwater from leaking. Therefore,
Even if the floor of the outer corridor gets wet with rainwater or the like, it is possible to reliably prevent the rainwater or the like from invading the downstairs.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the present invention is a rectangular rubber floor plate having a general steel plate or a damping steel plate as a core material therein, at least at the side edge or near the side edge on the lower surface side of the floor board. , Ridges that are almost parallel to the side edges are integrally provided, and the side edges of the floorboards are oriented in the width direction of the outdoor facility, and when laying the floorboards in contact with each other, the ridges of the building, etc. Since it is pressed against the upper flat portion of the lateral support member, a space surrounded by the ridge and the upper surface of the frame is formed. Further, since this space communicates with the joint surface of the floor plate, rainwater and the like that infiltrate from the joint surface can be drained by flowing in the width direction through the space. Therefore, according to the floorboard according to the present invention, not only is it easy to lay, but also to construct an outdoor facility such as an outer corridor excellent in drainage treatment without separately taking water stopping means such as caulking material or packing material.
