Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the structure of bearing floor panels capable of bearing the mutual connecting sections of the short side sections of the floor panels, particularly the floor panels in a corridor of an upper floor such as a second floor. CONSTITUTION:In a corridor, floor panels 1A-1D are laid and arranged in a row in the long side section direction of the floor panels, and the short side sections 1a of these each panel and the short side sections 1b of other panels are connected mutually in connecting sections 2. The short side sections 1a, 1b of each panel are born by horizontal members 4 stretched between wall bodies 3A, 3B in the connecting sections 2, and the long side sections 1c, 1d of each panel are placed on the wall bodies 3A, 3B. Height adjusting materials 8, 8' are interposed among the core materials 11, 11 of the floor panels 1A-1D and the wall bodies 3A, 3B, and the floor panels 1A-1D and the floor panels 7 are positioned in the same height. Accordingly, the connecting sections 2 are supported by the horizontal members 4 while the short side sections of the floor panels are reinforced. The floor panels are mutually unified firmly, thus increasing the strength of a building.

By the way, the wall panel is not always arranged below the short side portion of the floor panel. For example, in the case of a corridor on the second floor, the floor panel is mainly used. Both long sides on both sides are placed on and supported by a wall panel on the first floor, and no wall panel is provided below the short side. ◆ However, at the joint where the short sides of adjacent floor panels are joined to each other in the corridor, one floor panel should not sink into the other floor panel due to a person walking, etc. Therefore, the floor panels must be firmly integrated with each other and the joints must be supported, and development of a support structure for the joints instead of the wall panels has been desired.

Height adjusting members are respectively interposed between the wall panels of the lower floor and the long side portions of the floor panel which are opposed to each other, and the height of the floor panel is set to the height of the floor panel. The height of the third floor panel is the same as that of the third floor panel, which is on the same floor as the first floor panel and is higher than the same floor panel. The floor panel is, for example, a panel used for a floor in a corridor.

According to the support structure for the floor panel on the upper floor according to the present invention, a horizontal member that straddles both floor panels is provided below the joint formed by joining the short side portions of the adjacent floor panels. Since the ends on both sides are placed on the wall panel on the lower floor, the joints are supported by the horizontal members and the short sides of the floor panel are reinforced by the horizontal members. If the end of the horizontal member is fixed to the wall panel on the lower floor, the horizontal member and the wall panel are integrated.

Although not shown in the drawing, the upper and lower wall panels 6 and 30 are formed by a body difference bolt which is a long bolt for tightly connecting the lower end horizontal core member 60 of the wall panel 6 and the upper end horizontal core member 32. , The body difference member 5, the end portion 4a of the horizontal member 4 or the height adjusting member 8 and the core member 11 of the floor panel 1B (1A, 1C, 1D) are connected to each other. In addition, the upper end horizontal core member 33 of the wall panel 31 on the opposite side, the end 4b of the horizontal member 4,
The height adjusting material 8, the core material 11 of the floor panel 1B (1A, 1C, 1D) and the core material 70 of the floor panel 7 are fixed to each other by screw nails or the like not shown. For convenience, the wall panel 6 and the floor panel 7 on the second floor are omitted in FIG. In the floor panel support structure configured as described above, first, the predetermined positions on the walls 3A and 3B constructed from the wall panels 30 and 31, that is, the floor panels 1A and 1B,
While straddling the horizontal members 4 at every 1C and 1D length,
Attach the height adjuster 8. Next, the floor panels 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D are laid on top of it, and the floor panel 7
And other floor panels are laid, and the body difference member 5 is attached.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the case where the support structure of the floor panel on the upper floor according to the present invention is applied to the floor portion of the corridor on the second floor has been described, but the invention is not limited to the corridor and other two. Can be applied to the floor part of the floor. The same applies to the third floor and above. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the long side portion 1 of each floor panel 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D.
Although c and 1d are said to be placed on the walls 3A and 3B, the present invention is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that they may not be placed. ◆ Furthermore, along the short side portions 1a, 1b of the floor panels 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D,
Needless to say, a core material may be provided in parallel with it.

In the above embodiment, the height of the floor panel 7 is higher than that of the floor panels 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D. As a modification, the floor panel 7 is the panel 1.
It goes without saying that the height may be the same as A, 1B, 1C and 1D (for example, 90 mm). In this case, a height adjusting member 8'having the same thickness as the wall panel 31 (for example, 90 mm) is attached to the wall body 3B instead of the height adjusting member 8 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Then, the core material 70 of the floor panel 7 is placed on the height adjusting material 8 '. Further, the end portion 4b of the horizontal member 4 is placed on the entire thickness of the wall panel 31.
