2. Description of the Related Art Floor panels, wall panels,
In a prefabricated house constructed by assembling a roof panel or the like, a floor panel is connected to a lower surface of a rectangular plywood with a core material along a long side and a short side thereof, and is parallel to the long side. The core material is joined. And 1
Floor panels for floors are laid by placing short sides (and long sides on both sides of the room) on pedestals through foundations. Floor panels for second floors are walls on the first floor. The short side (and the long side for both sides of the room) is placed on the panel so that it can be laid.

When the room on the first floor is large, the length of the floor panel for the second floor to be laid and laid on the wall panel is long, and the length of the floor panel is increased. In order to secure the rigidity, it is attempted to install a floor beam between the wall panels to support the long floor panel for the second floor from below, but if such a floor beam is provided, the ceiling of the first floor can be accommodated. It will have an effect.

Therefore, in the case of a long floor panel for the second floor, when the height of the core material is increased in order to increase the rigidity of the core material itself, it is necessary to prepare various height dimensions of the core material according to the panel length. Become. As described above, if the height of the core material is variously changed according to the panel length, the floor level changes for each room having a different size. In order to avoid such a problem, it is possible to cope with a floor panel having a core material that is thicker than a predetermined size by placing the floor panel on the wall panel via an adjusting material.

However, conversely, in the case of a floor panel for a second floor having a core material higher than a predetermined dimension, for example, cutting the upper end of the wall panel is not preferable in terms of securing rigidity. If the height of the core material of the floor panel for the floor is also set to the same height, the cost increases.
As described above, in particular, the 2 having the core material higher than the predetermined size is used.
In the case of floor panels for floors, it was difficult to make the floor level uniform with other rooms. Such a technical problem also applies to the floor panel for the third floor.

[0006] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to use a floor panel for a second floor or a third floor having a core material higher than a predetermined size as the length of the panel becomes longer, so that the floor panel on the lower floor is used. Another object of the present invention is to provide a floor structure on an upper floor in which the height of a short side portion or the like placed on a floor is shared so that the floor level can be equalized with other rooms.

In the upper floor structure having the above structure,
Core material along the long side of the floor panel and parallel to the core material
The height of the core of the placed middle part is the length of each floor panel.
It is determined for each floor panel so that it differs according to

The height of the core corresponds to the length of the floor panel
By forming at the height of the specified dimensions, not at the height
This makes it possible to unify the floor level. Also,
At this time, simply adjust the height of the core material of the floor panel to the height of the specified dimension.
, The length of the floor panel placed on the wall panel
Since the sides are supported by the wall panel, there is a problem with strength.

More specifically, in a production process in a factory, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a second floor panel 10 having a panel thickness of 227.5 mm and used near a wall is arranged along a short side of the plywood 11 as shown in FIG. The panel thickness of both core members 12 is formed in advance to a common height of 180 mm,
The panel thickness of the portion of the core material 14 along the long side portion on the side of the wall is also formed in advance to 180 mm. At both ends of the core 16 along the other long side, a concave step 17 is formed in advance from the lower surface thereof, and the panel thickness at that portion is made equal to that of the core 12 on the short side. The same 180 mm, furthermore, also about the both ends of the core material 18 in the middle part parallel to this, similarly formed in advance a concave step portion 19 upward from the lower surface,
The panel thickness of that portion is the same as that of the core material 12 on the short side side 180
mm. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the long side of the floor panel 10 for the second floor according to the above configuration is placed on the upper end surface of the wall panel 1 on the first floor.
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the short side is placed on the upper end surface of a wall panel 2 that is perpendicular to the wall panel 1. As described above, the long side core material 14 having the panel thickness of 180 mm of the common height dimension is placed on the upper end surface of the wall panel 1 in advance, and the short side core material 12 having the same panel thickness of 180 mm is provided. By placing on the upper end surface of the wall panel 2, the long side core material 24 is placed on the upper end surface of the wall panel 1, and
The short-side core material 22 is placed on the upper end surface, and the floor level is aligned with the standard second-floor floor panel 20 having a standard thickness of 180 mm and laid next to each of the wall panels 1 and 2 with a panel thickness of 180 mm. it can.

FIG. 6 illustrates a second floor panel 60 having a larger number of cores than that of the above embodiment.
The floor panel 60 for floors has a panel width of 910 mm, a panel length of 15 and a panel thickness of 242 mm. In the production process in the factory, the plywood 6
Panel thickness of both cores 62 along the short side of 1
It is pre-formed to a common height of 180 mm, and the cores 64, 66 along both long sides and the two cores 68, 68 in the middle between the cores 68, 68, are provided at both ends thereof upward from the lower surface thereof. Are formed in advance, and the panel thickness of that portion is set to 180 mm, which is the same as that of the core 62 on the short side. Such a floor panel 6 for the second floor
By setting it to 0, it is possible to make the floor level uniform with other rooms, as in the above embodiment.
