Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】混合されるべき複数の物質を使用前に別々
に収容しておくための複数のコンパートメントを有する
分配装置が下記各号米国特許明細書に開示されている：
第３３４０８７３号、第３３５４８８３号、第３３９７
６９４号、第３４１１５０３号、第４３３１１４６号、
第４４１２８３６号、第４３３０５３１号、第４９５０
２３７号。これらに記載されているシステムは複雑で多
くの部材を含みそして製造費が高くつく。
【０００２】本発明の目的の１つは固体と液体または２
種の液体を投与の時まで別々に収容しておくための手段
を有する分配装置を提供することである。本発明のいま
１つの目的は混合物の２つの成分を投与の時まで隔離さ
れた状態に保持しておくための高価でない分配装置を提
供することである。本発明のさらにいま１つの目的は固
体と液体を投与の時まで隔離された状態に保持しておく
ための容易に製造できる分配装置を提供することであ
る。本発明のさらにいま１つの目的は簡単化されたそし
て安価な点眼用分配装置を提供することである。本発明
の上記ならびにその他の目的は以下の詳細な説明から明
らかとなろう。
【０００３】本発明は１つの混合物の固体成分と液体成
分または２つの液体成分が相互に隔離されて保存され、
所望の時に、それら２つの成分を互いに連通状態にする
ことによって、隔離された両成分がその場で混合されう
るような流体分配装置に関する。すなわち、１つのびん
の首部内に挿入された１つの容器の中に１つの薬剤成分
たとえば粉末、錠剤または液体が収容される。鎖錠手段
がこの容器の移動を阻止する。容器の側壁には開口部が
存在し、この開口部は容器がびん首部内で鎖錠された状
態にある時には、そのびん首部に挿入されたスリーブに
よって密封されている。鎖錠手段をはずすと容器は下方
に移動可能となり、この下方への移動により、開口部が
露出開放されて容器に収容されていた成分がびんに入っ
ていた他方の成分と混合可能となる。
【０００４】以下、本発明を図示した実施例を参照しな
がらさらに詳細に説明する。なお、図面はかならずしも
原寸の大きさを示すものでなく、そしてまた複数の実施
例が場合によっては図形記号、想像線、図式的表現およ
び断片的部分図によって示されていることを理解された
い。また、場合によっては、本発明の理解のために必要
でない部分あるいは他の部分の理解をさまたげるような
部分は省略される。もちろん、本発明は図示した実施例
のみに限定されるものではない。
【０００５】本発明の分配装置は好ましくは柔軟なプラ
スチック材料、たとえば、低密度ポリエチレンから製造
されそして任意適当な技術を使用して、たとえば、吹込
成形（ブローモールディング）によって製造することが
できる。ただし、本発明は本発明の分配装置が製造され
る特定の材料、あるいは製造のために使用される特定の
製造技術によって限定されるものではない。当業者にと
って明かなごとく、本発明の分配装置は多様な各種材料
および各種製造技術を使用して製造することができるも
のである。
【０００６】本発明の分配装置は予め定めた量の溶液を
送達すべく目盛りのつけられた点滴分配先端（通称チッ
プ）を有する。かかる点滴チップは当技術分野で公知で
ある。
【０００７】本発明の分配装置は１つの薬剤成分、図示
実施例の場合では液体１１、を収容するびん１０を包含
する。液体１１はたとえば生理学的に許容される眼科用
液体である。もちろん、図示されてはいないが、びん１
０に収容されている成分は錠剤または粉末であってもよ
いことは明かであろう。びん１０の首部１３の内部に
は、フランジ端１２ａを任意に有しているゴム製スリー
ブ１２が挿入されている。このスリーブの中には１本の
円筒形容器１２が部分的に差し込まれている。容器１０
の上端部にねじ山１５とフランジ１６が任意に設けら
れ、ふたキャップ２０を受入れこれを保持する。ねじぶ
た式キャップの代りに、たとえば、スナップばめ式キャ
ップを使用してもよい。容器１４の下部側壁には１つま
たはそれ以上の開口部１７が設けられている。容器１４
には液状薬剤１８が入っている。ただし、容器の内容物
は粉末または錠剤の形態の固体薬剤（自明であるとして
図示なし）であってもよい。しかし、一方の成分が固体
の場合は、他方の成分は液体でなければならない。円筒
形容器１４の上端には分配チップ１９が差し込まれてい
る。そしてこの分配チップ１９を保護するためにふたキ
ャップ２０がねじ山１５に螺合されている。フランジ１
６とスリーブ１２のフランジ端１２ａとの間の領域ある
いは、スリーブ１２がフランジ端を有していない場合
は、フランジ１６とびん１０の首部との間の領域におい
て、円筒形容器１４の周囲に鎖錠手段２１、たとえばピ
ールオフリング、がはめられている。この鎖錠手段２１
は２つの成分の混合が所望される時まで容器１４が下方
へ押されるのを阻止する。
【０００８】容器内の薬剤を溶解させるためには、図２
に示したように、鎖錠手段２１を取り外し、そしてキャ
ップ２０の上から容器１４を下方に押し下げる。容器１
４の下部に設けられている開口部１７がスリーブ１２の
底部を通り過ぎたら、びんを傾けるかまたは逆さまにす
る。これによって第１成分と第２成分、すなわち液体と
固体または液体と液体を相互に接触させることができ
る。
【０００９】図３と図４には別の実施例が示されてい
る。この実施例は前記の図１と図２に示した実施例とは
次の点で相違している。すなわち、点滴チップの代り
に、容器１４の上端はストッパー２２で密封されてい
る。鎖錠手段２１を外し、そして固体内容物と液体内容
物とを混合した後、注射針をストッパーに刺し通して混
合した液体を投与のため注射器に吸引するのである。

Claims (11)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 びん首部、薬剤混合物の第１の成分を第
    ２の成分から隔離して収容するため該びん首部内に配置
    された容器、第２の成分から隔離して該容器を保持する
    べく該容器と協働する鎖錠手段、および該鎖錠手段が外
    されそして該容器がびん内部へ移動した時に上記２つの
    成分が接触することを許容する該容器に設けられた開口
    部とを有するびん。
  2. 【請求項２】 容器がびん首部に挿入されたスリーブに
    はめ込まれている請求項１記載のびん。
  3. 【請求項３】 容器の下方への移動を阻止する鎖錠手段
    が容器上に設けられている請求項２記載のびん。
  4. 【請求項４】 該スリーブがびんの中に入り込まないフ
    ランジを有している請求項２記載のびん。
  5. 【請求項５】 容器が該スリーブを越えて伸びておりそ
    してスリーブを越えて伸びている部分にフランジが設け
    られている請求項２記載のびん。
  6. 【請求項６】 容器上のフランジとびん首部との間に容
    器の下方移動を阻止する鎖錠手段が設けられている請求
    項５記載のびん。
  7. 【請求項７】 容器上端に分配手段が設けられている請
    求項１記載のびん。
  8. 【請求項８】 該分配手段が点滴分配チップである請求
    項７記載のびん。
  9. 【請求項９】 容器の上部領域にふたキャップを受容し
    保持するための手段が設けられている請求項１記載のび
    ん。
  10. 【請求項１０】 該ふたキャップを受容し保持する手段
    がねじ山である請求項９記載のびん。
  11. 【請求項１１】 容器の上端に注射針が刺し通されうる
    ストッパーがはめられている請求項７記載のびん。
