材固定用の吸引口を開口し、さらに搬送用ベルトの搬送
面を固定するためのクランプを設けたものであるから、
第1切断台の上に置かれた帯状部材の先端を上記ドラム
の下端に圧接した状態でドラムおよび搬送ベルトを同調
運転することにより、一周長未満の所定長の帯状部材を
無張力でドラム面に巻き付けることができ、また残りの
帯状部材は、帯状部材を切断したのちスライドフレーム
およびドラムを同調回転することにより無張力で巻き付
けることができる。そして、帯状部材を第1切断台およ
び第2切断台に吸引作用により吸着固定することができ
るので、帯状部材を切断するとき、および帯状部材を第
1切断台や第2切断台などと共に移動する場合に、上記
の吸着固定をすることにより、帯状部材を真っ直ぐに切
断することができ、またその伸長を防止することができ
る。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 【請求項1】 タイヤ成形用ドラムの前側下方に該ドラ
ムと直交する方向に長いスイングフレームをドラムから
遠い側を支点にして上下揺動自在に設け、このスイング
フレームにその長さ方向に進退するスライドフレームを
設け、このスライドフレームに帯状部材の搬送用ベル
ト、第1切断台および第2切断台を、スイングフレーム
の支点側からドラム側へ向かって順に配設すると共に、
上記の第1切断台と第2切断台との間に帯状部材を切断
するための走行カッターを設け、上記の第1切断台およ
び第2切断台の対向部側の各上面に帯状部材固定用の吸
引口を開口し、上記スライドフレームに立設した支柱に
上記搬送用ベルトの搬送面を固定するためのクランプを
設けたことを特徴とするタイヤ成形機の帯状部材貼付け
装置。
