プリント基板のプリント面よりも下方へ突出した
構造となることが多いために、プリント基板のプ
リント面を半田付けの自動化のために溶融半田槽
にデイツプすると、表示部も溶融半田内にデイツ
プされることになり、表示部が半田の熱で変形し

り、ジヤツクベース２をプリント基板４に装着し
た後に、化粧枠体３をジヤツクベース２に組合わ
せるようにされている。なお、化粧枠体３はこの
化粧枠体３と一体に設けられた取付片５を介し
て、取付用ビス６によつてプリント基板４に固定
されている。ジヤツクベース２に化粧枠体３を嵌
合させるための凸部７の裏側には、更にプリント
基板４の上面へ水平方向に張り出す図示しない凸
体が存在し、表示部３ａの中央部が下方へ押され
た場合でも、凸体がプリント基板４の上面に当接
し化粧枠体３の弯曲を防止するようになつてい

粧枠体を組合わせるようにしたため、手作業で行
つていたジヤツク端子の半田付け作業を、自動半
田デイツプ方式により一挙に行うことが可能とな
り、量産性が向上しコストを安価にすることがで
きる。また、ジヤツクベースと化粧枠体の何れか
に欠陥があつても、従来の場合は全部スクラツプ
となつていたが、本考案の場合にはその何れかを
