に端子板1を実装したプリント基板を組み合わせ
る時、端子板1がモールド基台6のネジ逃げ穴7
及び絶縁隔壁8に入りにくい等の不具合を生じて
いた。そのため一旦プリント基板4にハンダ付さ
れた端子板1の傾きを後に手で直したり、あるい
はハンダ付する時に治具等で傾かないように位置
規制する等の政策が必要であり、手間がかかるた
めコストが安くできないという不具合があつた。

板に装着されて他の電子部品群と同時に、溶融
させたハンダ槽に、プリント基板のシート毎に
概プリント基板のハンダ付面を浸して一斉にハ
ンダ付し、その後に前記のプリント基板をブロ
ツク毎に分割、捨部を折取り等で除去すること
