Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 1.噴霧化された溶融金属粒子流を放出する手段;前記流を横方向に偏向させる ため前記流の周囲を回転するように搭載され、該流の軸に対して流れ方向に傾斜 されるガスジェットノズル手段;及び、前記ノズル手段に加圧偏向ガスを供給す る手段;を含む金属のスプレー沈着装置。
- 2.該放ノズル手段が前記粒子流の周囲を回転するように搭載されている請求の 範囲第1項に記載の装置。
- 3.前記ノズル手段が複数のノズルを含み、かつ、前記ノズル手段に加圧偏向ガ スを供給する前記の手段が一以上のノズルに供給されるガスの圧力を周期的に変 えて操作できる請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の装置。
- 4.前記ノズル手段に加圧偏向ガスを供給する前記手段が複数のノズルを含み、 その少なくとも1個が他のノズルとは異なる角度で傾斜される請求の範囲第1項 又は第2項に記載の装置。
- 5.該ノズル手段に加圧ガスを供給する前記手段により一つのノズルに供給され るガスの圧力が、他のノズルに供給されるガスの圧力とは異なる請求の範囲第4 項に記載の装置。
- 6.前記の金属粒子流の周囲を回転するように搭載された第二のガスジェットノ ズル手段を更に含み、前記の第一のノズル手段と前記の第二のノズル手段の回転 軸が金属粒子流の軸とは一致しない請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。
- 7.スプレー対象の被加工物の支持体に対して直線移動を与える手段、該被加工 物の幅に沿ってスプレーコーティングの厚みを連続的若しくは間欠的に測定する 手段及び該厚み測定手段によりなされる測定に応じてノズル手段の回転速度及び /又は該ノズル手段に供給されるガスの圧力を調整する手段を更に包含する、請 求の範囲第1項乃至第6項の何れかに記載の装置。
