【発明の詳細な説明】
表面上に存在するンラノール基を介して共有結合した配位子(これは4〜12個
のC−原子を有するアルキル基を含有する末端位のα、β−ジオール基を有する
少なくとも1個のエーテル基を有しかつ遊離のシラノール基はもはや存在しない
)を有する、固体担体物質としての多孔性ガラス体より成る、水性液体、特に血
液、血漿又は血清からのLp(a)−リポタンパク質、LDL−又は/及びvL
DL−コレステリンを選択的に除去するための吸着物質。

Claims (22)
- 1.配位子としてのその表面上に存在するシラノール基を介して共有結合した有 機官能性基を有する固体の担体物質としての多孔性のガラス体より成る、水性液 体、特に血液、血漿又は血清からLp(a)−リボタンパク質、LDL−又は/ 及びvLDL−コレステリンを選択的に除去するための吸着物質において、配位 子として、4〜12個のC−原子を有するアルキル基を含有する末端位のα,β −ジオール基を有する少なくとも1個のエーテル基を有し、かつ遊離のシラノー ル基は存在していないことを特徴とする、LDL又は/及びvLDLを選択的に 除去するための吸着物質。
- 2.配位子は、一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)[式中x及びyは1〜5の整数を表わ し、R1はH又はOHを表わしかつR2は、R1がOHである場合に、−CH2 OHを表わす]に相応する、請求項1に記載の吸着物質。
- 3.配位子として1−アミノエチル−3−オキシプロピル−基を含有する、請求 項1又は2に記載の吸着物質。
- 4.他の配位子として、一般式: −(CH2)x−O−(CH2)y−CH2−OH(II)[式中x及びyは1 〜5の整数を表わす]の基を含有する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の吸着物質 。
- 5.式IIの配位子として、1値又は数個の1−ヒドロキシエチル−3−オキシ ブチル−基を含有する、請求項4に記載の吸着物質。
- 6.配位子として、1個又は数個の1−ヒドロキシプロピル−3−オキシプロピ ル−基を含有する、請求項4に記載の吸着物質。
- 7.他の配位子として、一般式: −(CH2)x−O−(CH2)y−CR1R2R3(III)[式中R1はメ トキシ基を表わしかつR2及びR3はH又はメトキシ基を表わしかつx及びyは 1〜5の整数を表わす]の基を含有する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の吸着物 質。
- 8.一般式IIIの配位子として、1個又は数個の1,1−ジメトキシエチル− 3−オキシプロピル−基を含有する、請求項7に記載の吸着物質。
- 9.式I、II及びIIIの配位子は、量比約1.3:1:0.8で担体物質に シラノール基を介して結合して存在している、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の吸 着物質。
- 10.式I及びIIの配位子は、量比1:1、1:2、1:3及び1:4並びに 2:1、3:1及び4:1で担体物質にシラノール基を介して結合して存在して いる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の吸着物質。
- 11.表面積30〜300m2/gを有する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の吸 着物質。
- 12.配位子での担体物質の付加度は、2〜20μμmol/m2である、前記 請求項のいずれかに記載の吸着物質。
- 13.ガラスビーズは、粒径60〜500μm及び孔径50〜350nmを有す る、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の吸着物質。
- 14.液体を請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の吸着物質に通すことを特徴とす る水性液体から、特に血液、血漿又は血清からLDL−又は/及びvLDL−コ レステリン又は/及びLp(a)−リボタンパク質を除去する方法。
- 15.請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の吸着物質を用いて、LDL−及びvL DL−コレステリン及びLp(a)−リボタンパク質をクロマトグラフィーによ り分離し、かつ吸着物質からの溶離後にその濃度を自体公知の方法により測定す ることを特徴とする、水性液体、特に血液、血漿又は血清中のLDL−又は/及 びvLDL−コレステリン又は/及びLp(a)−リボタンパク質の濃度を測定 する方法。
- 16.溶離を、高分子の食塩溶液、グリセリン−水−混合物又は尿素溶液で実施 する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 17.水性液体、特に血液、血漿又は血清からLDL−又は/及びvLDL−コ レステリン又は/及びLp(a)−リボタンパク質を体外除去するために、請求 項1〜12のいずれかに記載の吸着物質で充填されていて、かつその前面の末端 に、中央の供給−もしくは排出管を各々有する蓋が備えられている、円筒状の容 器から成ることを特徴とする、水性液体からLDL−又は/及びvLDL−コレ ステリン又は/及びLp(a)−リポプロティンを除去する装置。
- 18.容器は、直径3〜20cm、殊に5〜10cm及び長さ1〜40cm、殊 に10〜20cmを存する、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 19.容器は、ガラス又はプラスチックから成る、請求項17又は18に記載の 装置。
- 20.容器は、供給側の蓋に目幅10〜300μm、殊に20〜100μmを有 する篩を有する、請求項17、18又は19の1項に記載の装置。
- 21.容器は、閉鎖循環で構成されていて、その中で液体はポンプにより還流さ れる、請求項17から20までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 22.吸着物質で充填され、かつ供給−もしくは排出管を有する蓋を備えたもう 1つの円筒状の容器が循環中に存在する、請求項17から21までのいずれか1 項に記載の装置。
