ことができず、また軒天板取付部の寸法誤差を吸
収して軒天板の取付けを容易、かつ確実に行い得
ることができない等の問題点があつた。 本考案は上記問題点を解決し、剛性が大で、強
度的に強く、強風、振動等により容易に破損する
ことがなく、大工が現場作業にて簡単に取付ける
ことができるとともに1個の破風板で多種類の高
さ寸法の異なる母屋に用いることができ、しかも
軒天板取付部の寸法誤差を吸収して軒天板の取付
けを容易、かつ確実に行うことができる施工簡単
な破風板を提供することを目的とするものであ
る。

ものであり、上記の手段に限定されるものでな
い。9は前記破風板本体の断面略U字状折曲端

に並設した所要数の係止用鈎状部である。11

屋取付部材であつて、カラー鉄板、カラーアルミ

用鈎状部11bを有するとともに水平板部11c
の先端部には軒天板取付用鈎状部11dが形成さ
れている。なお前記母屋取付部材11の水平板部
11cは施工に際し、第2図示のように釘12に
よつて母屋13の下面に止着し得るものである。
14は軒天板であつて、その先端縁14a側には
前記軒天板取付用鈎状部11dに係止可能の断面
略逆L字状鈎部14cが所要数、所要間隔毎にし
かも所要個所からカツト可能に設けられていると
ともに後端縁14b側には前記逆L字状鈎部14
cと略同形の止着用折曲部14dが形成されてい
るが、その形状は必ずしも図示のものに限定され
るものでない。14eは工具挿通孔であつて、軒
天板取付時に、ドライバー等の工具(図示せず)
を挿入してネジ、釘等の止着具15により、前記
軒天板14を止着するものである。16は壁であ

鈎状部11bに係合し、この状態で前記母屋取付
部材11の水平板部11cを釘12によつて母屋
13の下面に止着して取付け、さらに前記母屋取
付部材11の水平板部11cの先端部に形成した
軒天板取付用鈎状部11dに軒天板14の先端縁
14a側の逆L字状鈎部14cを係止した後、残
りの逆L字状鈎部14cの一個ないし数個および
後端縁14b側の止着用折曲部14dをネジ、釘
等の止着具15により母屋13の下面に止着して
施工を終了するものである。なおこの場合、前記
破風板本体と壁16との間隔が狭い場合には、
それに合せて前記軒天板14の先端縁14a側を
現場でカツトして、残りの最先端の逆L字状鈎部
14cを前記母屋取付部材11の軒天板取付用鈎
状部11dに係止することによりその取付位置を
容易に調整して施工を容易に行うことができるも
のである。 (効果) 以上説明したように本考案によれば、帯板状金
属板の長辺側下端縁を断面略U字状の折曲端とな
すとともに前記折曲端の立上り板部に所要数の係
止用鈎状部を所要間隔をもつて長手方向に並設し
てなる破風板本体と、垂直板部の下端部を前記係
止用鈎状部に係止可能の係止用鈎状部となし、か
つ水平板部の先端部を軒天板取付用鈎状部となし
た断面略逆L字状の帯板状金属板製母屋取付部材
と、前記軒天板取付用鈎状部に係止可能の断面略
逆L字状鈎部を先端部側に所要数、所要間隔毎に
設けた軒天板とからなるものであるから、施工に
際しては大工が現場作業にて母屋の太さ寸法(高
さ寸法)に合せて破風板本体と母屋取付部材の取
付位置を上下方向に容易に調整して簡単に施工を
行うことができるものであるとともに、1個の破
風板で多種類の高さ寸法の異なる母屋に用いるこ
とができ、しかも調整後の破風板本体の立上り板
部と母屋取付部材の垂直板部は相互に係止用鈎状
部により一体に係合固定されて破風板全体が断面
略函状の構造体となるので全体構造的に剛性が非
常に大となり、従来の単なる平板状の破風板には
全く期待できない風圧、振動に対してかなり強固
な耐久力を有するものとなるとともに材質的にも
雨水による腐蝕が少く、釘打部からの脱落を防止
することができるものであり、また変質、劣化も
少く、さらに軒天板の取付けを、前記破風板本体
と一体に係合取付けた母屋取付部材の軒天板取付
用鈎状部に、軒天板先端縁側の逆L字状鈎部を係
止することにより容易に行うことができるととも
に破風板本体と壁面との間隔に合せて軒天板の先
端縁側を現場でカツトして最先端部の逆L字状鈎
部を母屋取付部材の軒天板取付用鈎状部に係止す
ることにより、容易に寸法調整を行い軒天板を簡
単かつ確実に取付けることができるものであり、
その上外観、体裁もよく意匠的効果が大で、かつ
長期の使用に供し得る等、種々の優れた効果を有
するものである。
