Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は建築、構築物等における破風板軒天構
造に関するものである。 (従来技術) 従来の建築、構築物に用いられる破風板におい
て、例えば実開昭62−85622号公報の如く、軽金
属材より押出し成形する破風板の裏側に押出し方
向と平行する補強リブと、該リブによつて室内側
向きに開口する内向溝を設け、破風板の表側を装
飾的に形成し、破風板の裏側に設けたリブと内向
溝の少なくとも一方を利用して、破風板より屋根
の棟木と母屋に取付具を固定し得るようにし、破
風尻に合成樹脂製のキヤツプを取り付けるように
したもの、あるいは実公昭57−47289号公報の如
く、前方突出状の突出縁を上端に有する化粧板に
よつて前端面が被装された屋根野地の上方に配置
された屋根ぶき材の屋根野地前端面より前方に突
出している突出端を包被すべく断面コ字形に形成
されたけらば水切りであつて、屋根ぶき材と屋根
野地との間に位置すると共に屋根野地上に固定さ
れる固定部と、この固定部と共に前記突出縁を挟
持すべくその下面を下方から押圧する突出縁押え
部とを有するけらば水切り等が公知である。 (考案が解決しようとする問題点) ところが、上記従来技術において前者の場合は
破風板が裏面側に補強リブを形成しただけの単な
る平板状体からなるものであるため、施工に際し
てはあらかじめ前記補強リブによつて形成される
溝内に破風板取付具の頭部を嵌入しておき、この
状態で前記破風板取付具の固定片部を棟木、母屋
に固定しなければならず、取付作業がきわめて面
倒であるという問題点があつたものであり、また
後者の場合は破風板が一枚の帯板状金属板からな
るものでなく成型が面倒であり、また化粧板の下
端に形成された中空角形部の直上部には内方折曲
段部もなく、強度的にも剛性に欠けるという問題
点があつた。 本考案は上記問題点を解決し、剛性が大で、強
度的に強く、しかも鈑金加工を必要とすることな
く、大工が現場作業にて簡単に取付けることがで
き、変質、劣化も少なく、また破風板の美観を損
なうこともなく、母屋に合わせてその取付位置を
調整することができ、外観、体裁がよく、意匠的
効果大で、かつ長期の使用に供し得る建築用破風
板軒天構造を提供することを目的とするものであ
る。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案は上記目的を達成するため、長辺側上端
縁に表面側に突出状にタルキ隠し兼取付用段部を
形成するとともに長辺側下端縁の裏面側に直上部
に内方折曲状段部を設けた断面略U字型折曲端を
形成し、かつ前記断面略U字型折曲端の立上り終
端部に断面略横倒U字状の軒天板前端縁挿入用凹
部を形成してなる帯板状金属板の前記軒天板前端
縁挿入用凹部上面長手方向に亘り、母屋取付面側
にボルト頭部挿入用の切欠部を所要個所に設けた
母屋取付位置調整用長孔を有する母屋取付体を設
けるとともに前記母屋取付位置調整用長孔に母屋
取付金具の破風板取付板部をボルト・ナツトによ
り締着できるようにし、さらに軒天板後端縁を取
付部材により壁の所要個所へ取付け可能としたこ
とを特徴とするものである。 (実施例) 第1図乃至第4図は本考案の一実施例を示し、

板、カラーアルミ等所要の金属材(押出し型材、
エンボス加工も含む)で成形されたものである。

位置調整用の長孔6aの所要個所に設けたボルト
頭部挿入用の切欠部である。は前記帯板状金属
の長辺側上端縁に表面側に突出状に形成され
たタルキ隠し兼取付用段部であつて、第2図示の
ように上端折曲部7aを隠し釘8等によつてハナ
ヌキ9に止着してもよく、またタルキ当接部7b
を釘打ちにてタルキ10に止着するようにしても
よいものである。 11は母屋取付金具であつて、第3図示のよう
に母屋取付板部11aと破風板取付板部11bを
有するが、その形状、寸法等は母屋14の形状、
位置、寸法等により適宜選択されるものである。

するためのボルト、ナツトであつて、該ボルト1

ボルト頭部挿入用の切欠部6bを利用して該部か
ら前記長孔6a内にボルト頭部を挿入するように
してもよい。14は母屋、15は軒天板、15a
は前記軒天板15の前端縁、15bは後端縁、1
6は壁、17は軒天板止着用釘、18は軒天板1
5の後端縁15bを壁の所要個所へ取付けるため
の取付部材である。なお本実施例における長孔6
aは長溝であつてもよく、また母屋取付体6は溶
接あるいは一体成形いずれでもよい。 次に作用について説明する。施工に際しては、
第2図示のように母屋14に母屋取付金具11の
母屋取付板部11aを取付けた後、前記母屋取付
金具11の破風板取付板部11bにボルト12、
ナツト13により帯板状金属板の母屋取付体6
を締着す。またこの際、前記帯板状金属板のタ
ルキ隠し兼取付用段部を隠し釘8でハナヌキ9
に止着するとともに前記帯板状金属板の裏面側
に形成した軒天板前端縁挿入用凹部4内に軒天板
15の前端縁15aを挿入し、後端縁15b側は
軒天板止着用釘17にて母屋14の下面へ直接も
しくは母屋14の下面との間に間隔がある場合は
適宜取付部材18を介して壁16の所要個所へ取
付け施工を終了するものである。なお上記におい
てボルト12およびナツト13の弛みを防止する
ための手段を別に講ずる場合もある。 (考案の効果) 以上説明したように本考案によれば、長辺側上
端縁に表面側に突出状にタルキ隠し兼取付用段部
を形成するとともに長辺側下端縁の裏面側に直上
部に内方折曲状段部を設けた断面略U字型折曲端
を形成し、かつ前記断面略U字型折曲端の立上り
終端部に断面略横倒U字状の軒天板前端縁挿入用
凹部を形成してなる帯板状金属板の前記軒天板前
端縁挿入用凹部上面長手方向に亘り、母屋取付面
側にボルト頭部挿入用の切欠部を所要個所に設け
た母屋取付位置調整用長孔を有する母屋取付体を
設けるとともに前記母屋取付位置調整用長孔に母
屋取付金具の破風板取付板部をボルト・ナツトに
より締着できるようにし、さらに軒天板後端縁を
取付部材により壁の所要個所へ取付け可能とした
ものであるから、施工(破風板の取付け)に際し
ては大工が現場作業にて母屋の部分に合わせてそ
の取付位置を容易に調整して簡単に取付けること
ができ、しかも前記母屋取付金具の破風板取付部
にボルト・ナツトにより帯板状金属板(破風板)
の母屋取付体を締着する場合に、前記母屋取付体
の所要個所に設けたボルト頭部挿入用の切欠部を
利用して容易に前記母屋取付体の長孔内にボルト
頭部を挿入することができ、その結果母屋取付金
具に対する帯板状金属板の締着を迅速かつ確実に
行い、施工を容易に行うことができるものである
とともに、破風板全体が母屋取付面側の軒天板前
端縁挿入用凹部上面長手方向に沿つて設けた母屋
取付体および前記帯板状金属板の長辺側上端縁の
表面側に突出状に設けたタルキ隠し兼取付用段部
ならびに長辺側下端縁の裏面側に設けた内方折曲
状段部付の断面略U字型折曲端と断面略横倒U字
状の軒天板前端縁挿入用凹部の存在によつて全体
構造的にも剛性が非常に大となり、従来の単なる
平板状の破風板には全く期待できない風圧、振動
に対してかなり強固な耐久力を有するとともに、
材質的にも雨水による腐蝕が少なく、釘打部から
の脱落を防止することができるものであり、また
変質、劣化も少なく、その上軒天板の後端縁を取
付部材により壁の所要個所へ簡単に取付け、軒天
板を容易に施工することもできるとともに、破風
板の表面に母屋止着釘の頭部が現われることもな
く、外観、体裁がよく意匠的効果も大でありかつ
長期の使用に供し得るものである等、種々の優れ
た効果を有するものである。
