【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は建築、構築物等における破風板軒天構
造に関するものである。 (従来技術) 従来の建築、構築物に用いられる破風板におい
て、例えば実開昭62−85622号公報の如く、軽金
属材より押出し成形する破風板の裏側に押出し方
向と平行する補強リブと、該リブによつて室内側
向きに開口する内向溝を設け、破風板の表側を装
飾的に形成し、破風板の裏側に設けたリブと内向
溝の少なくとも一方を利用して、破風板より屋根
の棟木と母屋に取付具を固定し得るようにし、破
風尻に合成樹脂製のキヤツプを取り付けるように
したもの、あるいは実開昭56−124123号公報の如
く、長手方向一端同士を棟部で突合わせた状態で
破風下地板に固着した一対の破風板を、その上下
幅方向下側に内方に大きく凹入した段部を形成す
ると共に、下端縁を内方に折曲し且つ該折曲端縁
を上方に起立させて形成し、一方該破風板の前記
突合せ端部に、内面が破風板の外面と略々同一形
状に形成された化粧覆いを被着してなる屋根の妻
側構造等が公知である。 (考案が解決しようとする問題点) ところが、上記従来技術において前者の場合は
破風板が裏面側に補強リブを形成しただけの単な
る平板状体からなるものであるため、施工に際し
てはあらかじめ前記補強リブによつて形成される
溝内に破風板取付具の頭部を嵌入しておき、この
状態で前記破風板取付具の固定片部を棟木、母屋
に固定しなければならず、取付作業がきわめて面
倒であるという問題点があつたものであり、また
後者の場合は破風板の強度が弱いばかりでなく、
破風板の他に母屋止着釘の頭部を隠すための棟包
み、化粧オニ等を必要とする等の問題点があつ
た。 本考案は上記問題点を解決し、剛性が大で、強
度的に強く、しかも鈑金加工を必要とすることな
く、大工が現場作業にて簡単に取付けることがで
き、変質、劣化も少なく、また破風板の美観を損
なうこともなく、母屋に合わせてその取付位置を
調整することができ、外観、体裁がよく、意匠的
効果大で、かつ長期の使用に供し得る建築用破風
板軒天構造を提供することを目的とするものであ
る。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案は上記目的を達成するため、長辺側上端
縁に表面側に突出状にタルキ隠し兼取付用段部を
形成するとともに長辺側下端縁に裏面側に内方折
曲状段部付の断面略U字型折曲端を形成し、かつ
前記断面略U字型折曲端の立上り終端部に断面略
横倒U字状の軒天板前端縁挿入用凹部を形成して
なる帯板状金属板の母屋取付面側にボルト頭部挿
入用の切欠部を所要個所に設けた母屋取付位置調
整用長孔を有する母屋取付体を設けるとともに前
記母屋取付位置調整用長孔に母屋取付金具の破風
板取付板部をボルト・ナツトにより締着できるよ
うにし、さらに軒天板後端縁を取付部材により壁
の所要個所へ取付け可能としたことを特徴とする
ものである。 (実施例) 第1図乃至第4図は本考案の一実施例を示し、
1は帯板状金属板(破風板)であつて、カラー鉄
板、カラーアルミ等所要の金属材(押出し型材、
エンボス加工も含む)で成形されたものである。

部5に断面略横倒U字状に形成された軒天板前端
縁挿入用凹部である。6は前記帯板状金属板
母屋取付面側1aの長手方向に沿つて設けられた
母屋取付体であつて、母屋取付位置調整用の長孔
6aを長手方向に沿つて有している。6bは前記
母屋取付位置調整用の長孔6aの所要個所に設け
たボルト頭部挿入用の切欠部である。は前記帯
板状金属板の長辺側上端縁に表面側に突出状に
形成されたタルキ隠し兼取付用段部であつて、第
2図示のように上端折曲部7aを隠し釘8等によ
つてハナヌキ9に止着してもよく、またタルキ当
接部7bを釘打ちにてタルキ10に止着するよう
にしてもよいものである。 11は母屋取付金具であつて、第3図示のよう
に母屋取付板部11aと破風板取付板部11bを
有するが、その形状、寸法等は母屋14の形状、
位置、寸法等により適宜選択されるものである。
11cは釘孔、11dは釘である。12,13は
前記母屋取付金具11を前記母屋取付体6に止着
するためのボルト、ナツトであつて、該ボルト1
2の頭部を第4図点線示のように略楕円状に形成
して長孔6aに正面から嵌合できるようにしても
よく、また前記母屋取付体6の所要個所に設けた
ボルト頭部挿入用の切欠部6bを利用して該部か
ら前記長孔6a内にボルト頭部を挿入するように
してもよい。14は母屋、15軒天板、15aは
前記軒天板15の前端縁、15bは後端縁、16
は壁、17は軒天板止着用釘、18は軒天板15
の後端縁15bを壁の所要個所へ取付けるための
取付部材である。なお本実施例における長孔6a
は長溝であつてもよく、また母屋取付体6は溶接
あるいは一体成形いずれでもよい。 次に作用について説明する。施工に際しては、
第2図示のように母屋14に母屋取付金具11の
母屋取付板部11aを取付けた後、前記母屋取付
金具11の破風板取付板部11bにボルト12、
ナツト13により帯板状金属板の母屋取付体6
を締着する。またこの際、前記帯板状金属板
タルキ隠し兼取付用段部を隠し釘8でハナヌキ
9に止着するとともに前記帯板状金属板の裏面
側に形成した軒天板前端縁挿入用凹部4内に軒天
板15の前端縁15aを挿入し、後端縁15b側
は軒天板止着用釘17にて母屋14の下面へ直接
もしくは母屋14の下面との間に間隔がある場合
は適宜取付部材18を介して壁16の所要個所へ
取付け施工を終了するものである。なお上記にお
いてボルト12およびナツト13の弛みを防止す
るための手段を別に講ずる場合もある。 (考案の効果) 以上説明したように本考案によれば、長辺側上
端縁に表面側に突出状にタルキ隠し兼取付用段部
を形成するとともに長辺側下端縁に裏面側に内方
折曲状段部付の断面略U字型折曲端を形成し、か
つ前記断面略U字型折曲端の立上り終端部に断面
略横倒U字状の軒天板前端縁挿入用凹部を形成し
てなる帯板状金属板の母屋取付面側にボルト頭部
挿入用の切欠部を所要個所に設けた母屋取付位置
調整用長孔を有する母屋取付体を設けるとともに
前記母屋取付位置調整用長孔に母屋取付金具の破
風板取付板部をボルト・ナツトにより締着できる
ようにし、さらに軒天板後端縁を取付部材により
壁の所要個所へ取付け可能としたものであるか
ら、施工(破風板の取付け)に際しては大工が現
場作業にて母屋の部分に合わせてその取付位置を
容易に調整して簡単に取付けることができ、しか
も前記母屋取付金具の破風板取付部にボルト・ナ
ツトにより帯板状金属板(破風板)の母屋取付体
を締着する場合に、前記母屋取付体の所要個所に
設けたボルト頭部挿入用の切欠部を利用して容易
に前記母屋取付体の長孔内にボルト頭部を挿入す
ることができ、その結果母屋取付金具に対する帯
板状金属板の締着を迅速かつ確実に行い、施工を
容易に行うことができるものであるとともに、破
風板全体が母屋取付面側の長手方向に沿つて設け
た母屋取付体および前記帯板状金属板の長辺側上
端縁の表面側に突出状に設けたタルキ隠し兼取付
用段部ならびに長辺側下端縁の裏面側に設けた内
方折曲状段部付の断面略U字型折曲端と断面略横
倒U字状の軒天板前端縁挿入用凹部の存在によつ
て全体構造的にも剛性が非常に大となり、従来の
単なる平板状の破風板には全く期待できない風
圧、振動に対してかなり強固な耐久力を有すると
ともに、材質的にも雨水による腐蝕が少なく、釘
打部からの脱落を防止することができるものであ
り、また変質、劣化も少なく、その上軒天板の後
端縁を取付部材により壁の所要個所へ簡単に取付
け、軒天板を容易に施工することもできるととも
に、破風板の表面に母屋止着釘の頭部が現われる
こともなく、外観、体裁がよく意匠的効果も大で
ありかつ長期の使用に供し得るものである等、
種々の優れた効果を有するものである。
