[Background Art] In recent years, there has been a tendency for wood-based flooring materials to be preferred over carpets in reinforced concrete housing complexes such as apartments and condominiums. Reasons for this include asthma, dust mites, and difficulty in cleaning, but because floor heights are restricted, direct installation methods with a lower finished height have become mainstream, replacing the conventional construction using rolling joists. However, in this conventional example, there is a problem in that when a direct impact is applied to the flooring material, vibrations are transmitted through the flooring material to the floor base material such as a concrete slab of a building, and this vibration is transmitted to the lower floor. It was not good for soundproofing. Therefore, the cushioning material is laminated on the entire bottom surface of the flooring material to form the flooring material, and this flooring material is fixed to the floor base material by gluing or nailing, thereby improving the cushioning properties over the entire surface of the flooring material. However, it has been considered that the shock applied to the upper surface of the flooring material is absorbed by cushioning materials, but this conventional method has the advantages of providing a soft walking feel, soundproofing performance, and heat insulation properties over the entire surface of the flooring material. On the other hand, due to its cushioning properties,
There is a problem in that the floor partially sinks in areas where heavy items such as furniture are installed. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention peeled off a part of the cushion material 2 laminated by adhesive on the lower surface of the floor material body 1 to form a notch recess B, as shown in FIG. We thought of preventing sinking by fitting and fixing member C. However, the provision of cushioning material on the entire bottom surface of the flooring material is done in advance at the factory, and the flooring material with cushioning material provided on the entire bottom surface of the flooring material is transported to the site and installed. At the location where the flooring material is to be installed, it is necessary to cut out the intended part of the cushion material 2 that has been previously provided over the entire lower surface of the flooring body and peel off the cushion material 2 on site to form the notched recess B. , Also, when installing the sinking prevention member C in the notched recess B, it is cut out and peeled off on site, so the notched recess B
There are variations in the size of the notches, and if the anti-sinking member C is larger than the notch recess B, it cannot be fitted, and for these reasons, it takes time and effort.

[Purpose of the invention] The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to have excellent characteristics such as walkability, soundproofing, and heat insulation, and to improve furniture. It prevents sinking when used in places where heavy objects such as objects are installed, and furthermore, when installing support fittings to prevent sinking, there is no need to peel off the cushion material, making installation easy. To provide a soundproof flooring material that can stably prevent sinking.

[Disclosure of the invention] The soundproof flooring material of the present invention includes a cushion material 2 provided on the lower surface of the flooring material body 1, and a support horizontal piece 5 having a thinner wall thickness than the cushion material 2. The legs 4 are inserted into the cushion material 2, the tips of the legs 4 are brought into contact with the lower surface of the flooring main body 1, and the supporting metal fittings 3 are fixed to the flooring main body 1 with the fasteners 12, and the support lateral The piece 5 is made substantially flush with the lower surface of the cushion material 2, and by adopting such a configuration, the above-mentioned conventional problems are solved and the object of the present invention is achieved. In other words, in the present invention, the cushion material 2 is provided with a support fitting 3.
Insert both leg pieces 4 of the cushion material 2 so that the tips of the leg pieces 4 come into contact with the lower surface of the floor material body 1, and fix the supporting metal fittings 3 to the floor material body 1 with the fasteners 12. By making it almost flush with the lower surface, it can be installed by inserting the leg piece 4 into the cushion material 2 and fixing it with the fixing tool 12 without peeling off the cushion material 2 as in the conventional case.
By providing this, it was possible to provide stable support and prevent sinking.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The floor material A is constructed by laminating a cushion material 2 such as a rubber material or a synthetic resin foam such as urethane or polyethylene on the lower surface of a floor material body 1 made of wood, plastic, or inorganic material.

The support fitting 3 is constructed by vertically extending leg pieces 4 extending upward from both ends of a horizontally oriented supporting horizontal piece 5 which is thinner than the cushion material 2, and has a substantially U-shaped cross section. Here, the height of the vertically oriented leg piece 4 in the vertical direction is approximately equal to the thickness of the cushion material 2.

The above-mentioned floor material A is laid on a subfloor base material such as a concrete slab and fixed with adhesive, etc., and the floor materials A are connected to each other by fitting convex portions 7 provided at the side ends of the floor material body 1. They are joined by fitting into the fitting recess 8. In places where it is necessary to prevent the floor material A from sinking (for example, places where heavy furniture is installed), the support metal fittings 3
is attached to the lower surface of flooring material A to prevent sinking.

That is, as shown in FIG.
1, and fix the supporting metal fittings 3 to the flooring main body 1 using fixing tools 12 such as screws. The flooring material A constructed in this way is laid on a subfloor base material, and the supporting metal fittings 3 are inserted into the floor material 1. This prevents the floor material A from sinking. In this case, when attaching the support fitting 3, since the wall thickness of the leg piece 4 is thin, the thin leg piece 4 can be inserted into the cut 11 by simply cutting the cushion material 2 with a cutter knife and making the notch 11. , it is not necessary to peel off the cushion material 2 during installation as in the conventional case. In this way, since it is only necessary to make the incision 11 with a cutter knife, on-site construction becomes easy.
When a large load is applied to the end of the flooring material A, since the supporting horizontal piece 5 is in contact with the subfloor base material,
This support horizontal piece 5 provides stable support and prevents the floor material A from sinking.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, an example is shown in which the longitudinal end of the support metal fitting 3 is made to protrude from the flooring material A to provide a protruding fixing part 13, and this protruding fixing part 13 is attached to the concrete. It is fixed to the subfloor base material using fixing devices 14 such as nails, nails, screws, etc. By doing this, the supporting metal fittings 3 can prevent not only sinking but also lifting (warping) of the concrete slab. It is possible to securely fit the flooring material A to a subfloor base material such as , and there is no need to fix the flooring material A by adhesive or nailing from the surface.

[Effect of the invention] As mentioned above, in the present invention, the cushion material is provided on the entire lower surface of the floor material body, and the thin wall thickness is extended upward from both ends of the support horizontal piece, which is thinner than the cushion material. A substantially U-shaped support fitting is constructed by extending the vertically oriented leg pieces in a row, and by inserting both leg pieces into the cushion material, the tips of the leg pieces are brought into contact with the lower surface of the floor material main body, and the support fitting is attached using a fixing tool. is fixed to the main body of the flooring material, and the support horizontal piece is almost flush with the bottom surface of the cushion material, so when installing the support metal fittings, the cushion material can be installed at the site without having to be stripped off, as is the case with conventional methods. This simplifies the installation work of the support fittings on site compared to the conventional method where the necessary parts of the cushion material are stripped off on site.
In addition, by providing a supporting horizontal piece that is almost flush with the lower surface of the cushion material, it is possible to provide stable support and prevent sinking. Also, since the supporting horizontal piece is thinner than the cushion material, even if there is cushion material, the supporting horizontal piece can be The piece can be made flush with the bottom surface of the cushion material.
