In recent years, wood flooring has become more preferred than carpets in reinforced concrete housing complexes such as apartments and condominiums. Reasons for this include asthma, dust mites, and difficulty in cleaning, but because floor heights are restricted, direct installation methods with a lower finished height have become mainstream instead of the conventional construction using rolling joists. However, in this conventional example, there is a problem in that when a direct impact is applied to the flooring material, the vibration is transmitted through the flooring material to the subfloor base material such as the concrete slab of the building, and this is transmitted to the lower floor. I didn't like the soundproofing. Therefore, the present inventor considered constructing a flooring material by laminating a cushioning material on the lower surface of a flooring material body, and laying this flooring material on a subfloor base material such as a concrete slab. In this case, the cushioning material can absorb the impact applied to the upper surface of the flooring material, but the cushioning property causes the floor to sink. This sinking of the floor is particularly problematic near walls. In other words, even if the flooring material slightly sinks near a wall, a gap will appear between the bottom edge of the centerpiece and the top surface of the flooring material, which is extremely unsightly, and heavy furniture may also be placed near the wall. Therefore, there was a problem in that the subsidence was much more pronounced than in other areas. [Object of the Invention] The present invention was invented in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide a simple structure even though a cushioning material is provided on the back side to have soundproofing performance. To provide a floor structure near a wall that can prevent sinking near the wall.

The structure of the floor next to a wall according to the present invention is such that a cushioning material 2 is laminated on the back side of a flooring main body 1 to form a flooring 3, the flooring 3 is laid on a subfloor base material 4, and the flooring is placed next to a wall 5. A recess 6 is provided in a part of the cushion material 2 of the floor material 3, and a sinking prevention member 7 is fitted into the recess 6, and such a configuration is adopted. The object of the present invention has been achieved by solving the above-mentioned conventional problems. That is, by providing a recess 6 in a part of the cushioning material 2 of the flooring material 3 near the wall 5 and fitting the sinking prevention member 7 into this recess 6, the flooring material 7 is prevented from sinking near the wall 5. It is now possible to do so. The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. Floor material 3 is wood-based,
It is constructed by laminating a cushioning material 2 on the back side of a flooring material body 1 made of plastic, inorganic, or the like. A fitting recess 8 to a fitting convex portion 9 are provided on the side end surface of the flooring main body 1. Thus, the flooring material 3 having the above-mentioned structure is laid on a subfloor base material 4 such as a concrete slab in order from the edge of the wall 5. In this case, a recess 6 is formed by cutting out a part of the cushion material 2 of the floor material 3 to be pasted using a circular saw or the like. In the illustrated embodiment, this recess 6 is formed over the entire length of the flooring 3 in the longitudinal direction. The recess 6 may be formed by cutting not only the cushion material 2 but also the cushion material 2 through the floor material body 1. A sinking preventing member 7 made of wood, plastic, metal, etc. is fitted into this recess 6. In this case, the sinking preventing member 7 is maintained in the fitted state by the elastic force of the cushioning material 2. be. When the sinking preventing member 7 is fitted, the lower surface of the sinking preventing member 7 and the lower surface of the cushion material 2 are set to be approximately at the same level. Note that the first flooring material 3 to be laid next to the wall 5 may be cut and used to adjust the dimensions due to the layout of the flooring material 3, but even in this case, it is cut to adjust the dimensions and the recess 6 is cut. , into which the sinking prevention member 7 is fitted. By the way, before laying the flooring material 3, an L-shaped starter metal fitting 10 is fixed to the wall 5 using a fixing device 11 such as a concrete nail, and as shown in FIG. The floor base material 4 is adhered to the floor base material 4 using an adhesive. Here, as shown in FIG.
A piece of wood 13 is inserted between the vertical piece 12 of 0 and the end of the flooring material 3.The flooring material 3 is not only glued to the subfloor base material 4, but also attached to the flooring material as shown in Fig. 6. The fixing metal fitting 15 is inserted into the notch 14 which is a part of the cushioning material 2 on the back side of No. 3, and is fixed to the flooring material 3.
and fix it to the subfloor base material 4 with concrete nails 18 in this state. In this case, if it is not possible to drive the concrete nails 18, use a drill to drill a pilot hole 19 in the subfloor base material 4 as shown in FIG. It may be fixed to the subfloor base material 4. Furthermore, if the above methods cannot be adopted, the eighth method may be used.
As shown in the figure, the fixing member 20 may be fixed to the subfloor base material 4 with an adhesive, and the floor material 3 may also be fixed to the fixing member 20. The floor materials 3 are joined together by fitting the fitting recess 8 and the fitting protrusion 9. In this case, the fitting recess 8 is coated with a thin layer of adhesive 21 as shown in Fig. 10. The flooring materials 3 are connected to each other using both the fitting between the fitting recess 8 and the fitting protrusion 9 and adhesion. Note that the adhesive 21 that protrudes from the seam during mounting is to be quickly wiped off with a damp cloth 22 or the like. On the other hand, on the wall 5 on the side where the starter metal fitting 10 is not provided, a wedge 23 is driven between the wall 5 and the flooring material 3 at the end, as shown in FIG.
This is to eliminate gaps between the joints between the flooring materials 3. Then, when constructing the middle book 24, remove the wood chips 13 and wedges 23 mentioned above, and then install the middle book 24 as shown in Figure 1.
This is the construction work. By the way, a recess 6 is provided in a part of the cushion material 2 in the flooring 3 located next to the wall 5, and a sinking prevention member 7 is fitted into this recess 6, so that the flooring 3 located next to the wall 5 is Sinking is prevented, and a gap is prevented from being generated between the lower end of the book block 24 and the upper surface of the floor material 3. Moreover, the book block 24 prevents the floor material 3 located near the wall 5 from floating upward. In the above embodiment, when the wooden pieces 13 and the wedges 23 are removed, a gap of 2 to 31nIIl is created between the wall 5 and the end of the flooring material 3. This can accommodate the elongation of the flooring material 3 in .

In the present invention, as described above, since the cushioning material is laminated on the back side of the flooring material body, the cushioning material not only absorbs the impact applied to the surface of the flooring material and exhibits a soundproofing effect, but also is laid on the floor base material, a recess is provided in a part of the flooring glue/sosion material located near the wall, and a sinking prevention member is fitted into this recess, so that the bottom edge of the booklet and the bottom of the booklet are placed near the wall. The toner fits well without the risk of creating a gap with the upper surface of the flooring material, and even if heavy furniture is placed near a wall, it can reliably prevent the furniture from sinking into the floor.
