本案は、コンバイン等の引起ケースに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のコンバイン等の引起ケースは図９、１０に示す如く、裏蓋１に対してタ イン起立ガイド２とタイン起立ガイドへの案内体３とをスポット溶接している。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来の以上のような引起ケースであると、タイン通路を構成するタイン起立ガ イド２と、タイン起立ガイドへの案内体３とが裏蓋１にスポット溶接されている ので、そのタイン通路の一部が摩耗するとケース全体を交換する必要がある。 したがって本案は、タイン通路に摩耗があってもケース全体を交換する必要のな い引起ケースをうることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本案は以上のような目的を達成するために、次のような引起ケースを提供する ものである。すなわち引起ケースのタイン起立ガイドをケースの裏蓋に着脱自在 に装着したことを特徴とする引起ケースである。

ボルトを緩めることにより、ケースの裏蓋から起立ガイドをとり外すことがで きる。

【実施例】
以下、図面に示す実施例について説明する。 引起ケースＡには、スプロケット４、５の間にチエーン６が捲回され、チェー ン６に一定間隔にタイン７が取り付けられており、そのラグ台８には摺動面を具 えており、これがケースＡ内の起立ガイド２で誘導され、これによってタインの 引起工程、すなわち上向行程ではケースＡから突出し、下向行程でタイン７はケ ースＡ内に収納されるようになっている。９はスプロケット５側に設けられたチ ェーン６のテンションローラであって、チェーン６のテンションが調節ボルト１ ０によって調節される。１１はタインの起立状態の長さを調節する移動ガイドで ある。この移動ガイド１１は、タイン７に摺接してタインを起立させる位置と、 摺接せずタインを倒したままの位置に孔１１ａ中をスライドして移動する。
【０００７】 本案は以上のような引起ケースにおいて、起立ガイド２をボルトで裏蓋１に着 脱自在に設けたものである。起立ガイド２は、図示のものでは引起行程の直線部 分２ａと、これと一体なタインを誘導する案内ガイド２ｂとからなっている。１ ２は起立ガイドの直線部分２ａを裏蓋１に取り付けるための起立ガイドに一体的 に形成された取付片で、これにボルト挿通孔１３ａを設けて、さらに裏蓋ケース にナットボックス１３ｂを固設し、さらに上方からボルト１３を１３ａと１３ｂ に挿入して裏蓋１に取り付けられる。１４は直線部分２ａの端部に形成された取 付片であって、ボルト孔１５ａにボルト１５を通して裏蓋１に取り付けられる。 １６は案内ガイド２ｂに設けられた起立ガイド２と一体な取付片でボルト１７で 裏蓋１に取り付けられる。 以上のようなボルト１３、１５、１７の取付位置は、タイン７のラグ台８の移 動に支障のない位置に設けられる。なお、取付片１２にボルトピン１２ａを突出 させて裏蓋ケース１に設けたボルトピン１２ａの挿入孔に通してナット１２ｂに 固定することにより、取付片１２を裏蓋１に取付ける。 実施例では、ボルトピン１２ａによる取付の他、ボルト１３によって取付片１ ２を裏蓋に取付けているが、そのどちらか１つでもよい。
【０００８】 本案は以上の如く、ボルト１３、１５、１７及びボルトピン１２ａによって起 立ガイド２はケースの裏蓋１に取り付けられるものであるから、図５の斜線で示 すタインの摺接通過する部分を形成するが、このタイン通路のラグ台の摺動面が 起立ガイド２に接触することによる摩耗を生じたとき、ボルト１３、１５、１７ 及びボルトピン１２ａを取り外すことにより起立ガイド２は裏蓋１から容易に取 り外され、新たな起立ガイド２を裏蓋１に交換して取り付けることができ、した がってコンバイン全体としての耐久性をアップできる。しかも、起立ガイド２の みを交換すれば足りるのでメンテ費用が安くてすむ。

【考案の効果】
本案のものによれば、タイン起立ガイドがケース裏蓋に着脱自在であるので、 タイン通路の一部に摩耗が生じたとき、タイン起立ガイドを交換することができ 、引起ケース全体としての耐久性をアップすることができる。また、タイン起立 ガイドのみの交換で済むのでメンテ費用が安くて済むという効果がある。
