INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to a deodorant that has a good deodorizing effect on methyl mercaptan, etc. More specifically, it eliminates bad breath or effectively eliminates bad odors generated in homes, factories, etc. The present invention relates to a deodorant that can be removed, and therefore can be suitably used for oral, household, industrial, and other purposes. Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention Conventionally, sodium copper chlorophyllin has been known as a deodorizing active ingredient, particularly as an active ingredient for removing bad breath, and is frequently used in various oral compositions. However, when copper chlorophyllin sodium is added to an oral composition such as a toothpaste in an amount sufficient to exert an effective deodorizing effect against methyl mercaptan, etc., there is a problem that the color of the oral composition becomes very dark. . In addition, the use of various plants and their solvent extracts as deodorizing active ingredients has been proposed, but it has a high deodorizing effect against methyl mercaptan, etc., and is highly safe even when applied intraorally. A deodorizing active ingredient is desired. The present invention was made in response to the above-mentioned needs, and an object of the present invention is to provide a deodorizing agent that has a high deodorizing effect on sulfur compounds such as methyl mercaptan and is highly safe in use. Means and Effects for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present inventors conducted intensive studies and found that certain seaweeds, namely Arame, Kurome, Hijiki, Sargassum, Tsunomata, Ogonori,
Mozuku, wakame and their solvent extracts have excellent deodorizing effects against methyl mercaptan, etc.
In addition to having a higher deodorizing effect than sodium copper chlorophyllin, these seaweeds are also highly safe since they are used as food, making them very suitable for use in toothpastes, etc. The inventors have discovered that this is very effective as a deodorizing active ingredient in oral deodorants, and that it can also be suitably used as an active ingredient for household and industrial deodorizing purposes, and have developed the present invention. This is what led to the eggplant. The present invention will be explained in more detail below. The deodorant of the present invention includes Arame, Kurome, Hijiki,
This product contains seaweed selected from Sargassum, Sargassum, Japanese Nori, Mozuku, and Wakame, as well as one or more solvent extracts of these seaweeds, as active deodorizing ingredients. These seaweeds and their solvent extracts have a deodorizing effect against sulfur compounds such as methyl mercaptan, and also have a deodorizing effect against ammonia-based and amine-based lower fatty acids, so they can be used in toothpastes, mouthwashes, and mouthwashes. In addition to being used as an oral deodorant to remove bad breath, such as tsushiyu, chewing gum, and candi, it is also used as a household deodorant for garbage, refrigerators, indoors, cars, and toilets, sewage treatment plants, It is used as an industrial deodorizer to remove bad odors emitted from fish processing plants, fishmeal manufacturing plants, livestock manure and chicken powder drying plants, pulp factories, etc. Here, Arame and Kurome used as deodorizing active ingredients in the present invention belong to the brown algae of the order Laminariae, and wakame belongs to the family of Ainuwakame, of the order Laminariae of the order Laminariae.
Hijiki and sargassum belong to the brown algae of the order Fucusales, family Sargassumidae, mozuku belong to the brown algae of the order Cercodae, and sargassum belongs to the family of the order Cervicalinae of the red algae order.
Ogonori is a red alga belonging to the family Ogonoriidae. In the present invention, these seaweeds can be used either fresh or dried; however, from the viewpoint of usability, it is preferable to use them as a dry powder or a solvent extract. In this case, a conventional method can be used for the extraction operation, such as a method such as digesting seaweed in a solvent. As a solvent,
Water, ethyl ether, ethylene chloride, dioxane, acetone, methanol, ethanol, n
- one or more polar solvents such as butanol, ethyl acetate, propylene glycol, or n
- One or more non-polar solvents such as hexane, petroleum ether, ligroin, cyclohexane, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, dichloromethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, toluene, benzene, or a combination of these polar solvents and non-polar solvents. Mixed solvents may be used. Note that the extract obtained by the above extraction operation is usually mixed with a deodorant after the solvent has been distilled off, but in some cases, especially when the solvent is water, ethanol, etc. It can also be blended directly into deodorants without distilling it off. In addition, in the present invention, one type of extract is used alone or as a mixture of two or more types (a mixture of extracts or one obtained by simultaneously extracting two or more types of seaweed) as a deodorizing active ingredient. It is possible. The amount of the deodorizing active ingredient of the present invention varies depending on the type of deodorant, etc., but when used for the oral cavity,
0.0001~50% (weight%, same below), especially 0.001~
Preferably it is 10%. The deodorizing active ingredient of the present invention may be used alone or in combination with other deodorizing active ingredients. The deodorant according to the present invention can be prepared in various dosage forms. For example, the deodorizing active ingredient of the present invention may be dissolved in a suitable solvent to form a solution, or a desired form such as a paste, powder or block. In this case, the deodorizing active ingredient of the present invention maintains its deodorizing effect very stably in various forms such as a solid state, an aqueous solution state, and a state dissolved in an organic solvent, and therefore there are no restrictions on the selection of dosage form. It's something that doesn't exist. In addition, as other components of the deodorant of the present invention, appropriate components depending on the type, dosage form, etc. of the deodorant may be blended. For example, when the deodorizing active ingredient of the present invention is blended into an oral composition such as a toothpaste and used as an oral deodorant to prevent or remove bad breath, the toothpaste ingredients include dibasic calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, and calcium pyrophosphate. , insoluble sodium metaphosphate, amorphous silica, crystalline silica, aluminosilicate, aluminum oxide, aluminum hydroxide, abrasives such as resin (compounding amount usually 20-60% by weight), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, alginate , carrageenan, gum arabic, a binder such as polyvinyl alcohol (usually 0.3 to 5% by weight),
Thickening agents such as polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, glycerin, propylene glycol (usually 10
~70% by weight), sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, hydrogenated coconut fatty acid monoglyceride sodium monosulfate, sodium lauryl sulfoacetate, sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate, N-acylglutamate, sucrose fatty acid ester, etc. Foaming agents (usually 0.1 to 5% by weight), essential oils such as peppermint and spearmint, fragrance materials such as l-menthol, carvone, eugenol, and anethole, saccharin sodium, aspartame, palatinose, isomaltose, and cutlet syrup. Gar, stevioside, neohesperidyl dihydrochalcone, glycyrrhizin, perillartin, p
- Ingredients such as sweeteners and preservatives such as methoxycinnamic aldehyde, biosol, methylparaben, butylparaben are blended, and these ingredients are mixed with water and manufactured according to a conventional method. In addition, in oral cleaning agents such as mouthwash, etc.
Ingredients are appropriately blended depending on the properties of the product. In addition, in these oral compositions, lysozyme chloride, dextranase, lytic enzyme, mutanase, chlorhexidine, sorbic acid, alexidine, hinokitiol, cetylpyridinium chloride, alkylglycine, alkyldiaminoethylglycine salt, allantoin, ε-aminocaproic acid , tranexamic acid, azulene, vitamin E,
Active ingredients such as sodium monofluorophosphate, sodium fluoride, stannous fluoride, water-soluble primary or secondary phosphates, quaternary ammonium compounds, and sodium chloride may also be incorporated. In addition, in the case of household and industrial deodorants, ingredients commonly used in deodorants can be added depending on the type of deodorant, such as sodium perborate, hypochlorous acid,
Oxidizing agents such as manganese dioxide, permanganate, benzoquinone, naphthoquinone, glyoxal,
Aldehydes such as acrolein, ketones, 1,
Epoxy compounds such as 2-propylene oxide and 1,2-n-butylene oxide, α,β-unsaturated compounds such as methacrylic acid esters and maleic acid derivatives, metal salts such as copper sulfate and zinc sulfate, activated carbon,
Adsorbents such as silica gel and alumina can be added. Effects of the Invention The deodorant of the present invention can be applied to Arame, Kurome, Hijiki,
By using Sargassum, Sargassum, Japanese Nori, Mozuku, Wakame, or their solvent extracts as deodorizing active ingredients, it has an excellent deodorizing effect against methyl mercaptan, etc., and its deodorizing effect is stable for a long period of time. Lasts for a long time. Furthermore, since the deodorizing active ingredient of the present invention has a light color and a weak odor, it poses few problems in product formulation and is also highly safe in use. Next, examples of the production of the deodorizing active ingredient of the present invention and its deodorizing effect will be shown in Examples. [Production example] Add 200 ml of extraction solvent to 20 g of seaweed powder shown in Table 1.
was added and refluxed for 1 hour on a 100°C water bath with a condenser attached. The residue was then separated, fresh solution was added to the residue, and reflux was carried out in the same manner as above. Further, the residue was separated and the refluxing was repeated for a total of three extraction operations. The liquids were collectively concentrated under reduced pressure at 40°C to obtain a paste-like or powder-like deodorizing active ingredient. Note that solvent extracts of other seaweeds can also be produced in the same manner as above.
