Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

(産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、缶詰缶の蓋に予め開口部を設けてお
き、片面の接着剤を塗布したテープで外面塗膜を
有する蓋の開口部を覆い、このテープを蓋へヒー
トシールすることによつて開口部を密閉するいわ
ゆるピルフアーブルーフ性のある開口容易な蓋の
被着方向に関する。 (従来の技術) 上記蓋の一例が実開昭54−85139号に提案され
ている。この蓋は、蓋とテープがともに紙を主体
としたものであり、何れか一方に塩化ビニール−
酢酸ビニール共重合体樹脂の層を、そして他方に
ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アルミ
ニウム箔、ポリスチレン樹脂、延伸ポリアミド樹
脂またはポリ塩化ビニール樹脂の層を設け、両層
を対面させてヒートシール等の手段で密着させた
ものであり、開封に際して樹脂の層間で容易に剥
離するものである。 (発明が解決しようとする問題点) 上記蓋において、ヒートシールで接着した場
合、一般的にはヒートシール温度が低いと両樹脂
層間の接着強度が弱く、従つて層間剥離になる
が、極めて簡単なテープを剥離でき、予期しない
開口を生じる恐れがある。 又高温でヒートシールすると接着強度は大にな
るが、剥離が樹脂層内でなされ、凝集破壊とな
り、第5図に示すように缶蓋1とテープ2の両方
の剥離面に樹脂層の残材が点在して凹凸を生じ外
観が美麗ではない。従つて内容物が液体飲料のと
きその缶詰缶開口部に直接口をつけて飲む場合に
は不快感を与える。 本発明は、容易には剥離せず、それでいて確実
に美麗な剥離面が得られるテープ被着方法を得る
ことを目的とする。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明方法では、上記目的を達成するために、
アルミ基材の外面に熱硬化性ビニール塗料を塗布
し熱硬化させた塗膜を有し開口部を形成してある
缶詰缶蓋の該開口部を、アルミ箔の片面に、酢酸
ビニールの配合比が20〜15%の塩化ビニールと酢
酸ビニールのコポリマー樹脂を、塗膜厚が1〜
6μmになる如く塗布し、200〜250℃の範囲の温
度で充分に乾燥した接着剤層を有するテープで覆
い、180〜220℃の範囲の温度でヒートシールす
る。 (作用) 本発明方法に依るときは、容易には開封できな
い剥離強度をもつにも拘らず、綺麗な剥離面が得
られる。 これに関連し、本発明に到達するまでに行つた
実験について説明する。 先ず、缶蓋の外面に熱硬化性ビニール塗料を塗
布し熱硬化させてから開口部を形成し、テープと
してはアルミ箔に酢酸ビニール配合比が15%の塩
化ビニールと酢酸ビニールのコポリマー樹脂を1
〜6μm塗布し、200〜250℃の範囲の温度で充分
に乾燥させて作成し、そして上記缶蓋に上記テー
プをヒートシールしてヒートシール温度を剥離強
度の関係を調べた。その実験結果を第1表に示
す。

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) When the above-mentioned lid is bonded by heat sealing, in general, if the heat sealing temperature is low, the adhesive strength between both resin layers is weak, resulting in delamination, but this is extremely simple. This may cause the tape to peel off, resulting in unexpected openings. Furthermore, when heat-sealing at high temperatures, the adhesive strength increases, but peeling occurs within the resin layer, resulting in cohesive failure, and as shown in FIG. The appearance is not beautiful as it is scattered and uneven. Therefore, when the contents are liquid beverages, drinking by directly touching the opening of the can causes discomfort. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method for applying a tape that does not peel off easily and yet ensures a beautiful peeling surface. The tape was coated to a thickness of ~6 μm and thoroughly dried at a temperature in the range of 200 to 250° C., and the tape was heat-sealed to the can lid to examine the relationship between heat-sealing temperature and peel strength. The experimental results are shown in Table 1.

ち180〜220℃の範囲でヒートシートすると、アル
ミ箔と接着剤層との界面で剥離し美麗な剥離面が
得られることが判明した。同時にこの実験で接着
剤層の膜厚を1〜6μmにすると開口部周縁で接
着剤がきれいに破断することも判つた。 次に上記コーポリマー樹脂の酢酸ビニール樹脂
の含有量及びこのコポリマー樹脂の乾燥状態と剥
離強度との関係を示す実験結果を第2表に示す。
なお、ヒートシート温度は200℃であつた。

の破断強度より大きな剥離強度になり、開口部端
縁で接着剤層が破断し、きれいな開口が得られ、
かつ極めて簡単には開封できない剥離強度をもつ
ことが知られた。 (実施例) 第1〜4図は本発明を実施した態様の説明図
で、第1図は本発明を実施した缶詰缶口部の平面
図、第2図は第1図の1部拡大断面図、第3図は
テープを剥すときの状況の説明図、第4図はテー
プを剥がしたあとの缶詰缶口部の平面図である。 缶詰缶蓋1は、0.25mm厚のアルミ薄板より成
り、このアルミ薄板の内面にはエポキシウレア系
クリアー塗料7を塗装して焼付け、外面には熱硬
化性ビニール塗料8を塗装して焼付け、更に蓋の
製造を容易にするためマイクロワツクスを溶かし
て噴霧塗装した。テープ2の基材は、50μm及び
30μm厚のアルミ箔であつてその一方の面に二軸
延伸された15μm厚のポリエステルフイルム9を
ドライラミネートで接着し、テープ材の破断強度
を補完した。 接着剤層3は塩化ビニール、酢酸ビニールコポ
リマーであり、酢酸ビニールの割合が20%のもの
及び15%のものを、上記アルミ箔の他方の面に1
〜6μmの厚さに塗装し200〜250℃で充分に乾燥
した。 缶詰缶蓋1の開口部4へテープ2を貼付するに
は、上記により製作したテープ2を、200℃に加
温した缶詰缶蓋1の開口部4を覆うように接着剤
3を下にして載せ、200℃で1秒間100Kgの圧力を
かけてヒートシールした。 この場合テープ2のつまみ5は第2図のように
傾斜して立ち上がつている。このつまみ部5を指
頭に摘んで第3図の如く開口部4のシール部6か
らテープ2を剥がした。 接着剤層を開口部周辺にのみ残置して剥離する
ことができた。 (発明の効果) 本発明の方法によれば、テープが缶蓋から極め
て簡単に剥離することがなく、それでいて確実に
テープと接着剤層の間で剥離し、さらに開口部で
は接着剤層がテープに残り、従つて確実にきれい
な剥離面の周縁をもつ開口部が得られる。
