【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は簡易保存食品等の容器であつて、プラ
スチツクスフイルムの蓋体を剥離開封することが
容易な密封容器に係るものである。

れるようになると共に、このレトルト殺菌に適し
た材質としてポリプロピレン樹脂製の容器本体が
使用されることが多くなつた。

るから、被蓋した積層フイルムが容器口部との接
着(ヒートシール)部分において容易に除去され
ることが望ましい。その為には接着した積層フイ
ルムの接着部分が接着面で容易に剥離するように
しなければならない反面、開封を行なう迄は完全
な密封が要求され、この密封の維持と剥離容易性
の両者を満足させることは困難であつた。

し、この容器本体10に対して、高密度又は中密
度ポリエチレンとポリイソブチレンとのブレンド
物層を含むプラスチツクスフイルム21を用い
て、前記容器本体10のポリプロピレンと積層フ
イルム21のブレンド物層とを接着することとし
たプラスチツクスフイルム21により被蓋する剥
離容易な密封容器とする。

層シートから成形された容器本体10の口部に対
して高密度又は中密度のポリエチレンとポリイソ
ブチレンとのブレンド物層を表面に有するプラス
チツクスフイルム21である積層フイルムを蓋体
20として、且つ、該ブレンド物層が接着面とな
る様にして接着せしめる。

のみでなく、蓋体20に第2図に示す如き外側部
13に角部が生じない故薄肉部22となる端部が
生じないから、開封に際して蓋体端部23を引き
上げるとき、蓋体20を容易且つ確実に接着面か
ら剥離(ピーラブル剥離)し得るのである。

離する為の力は小さくてすみ、強固な密封と容易
な剥離との両者を一層確実とする効果を挙げるこ
とができる。

面とする故、プラスチツクスフイルム21を容器
本体10の鍔部11に接着した場合、プラスチツ
クスフイルム21製の蓋体20に薄肉部22が生
じることなく、且つ、容器本体10と蓋体20と
の接着部の外周における接着力が弱くなり、又、
上側凸部14により蓋体20と容器本体10の鍔
部11とを強固に密着させつつ剥離に要する力の
増大を防止し、蓋体20の剥離開封を一層容易確
実とすることができ、密封性と剥離容易性とを両
立させたレトルト殺菌に適する密封容器である。
