フィルム等で覆う必要があった。However, when heating the contents of curry, stiché, etc. in a microwave oven, if there is a thin metal film layer on one layer of the laminated material that forms the lid, electromagnetic waves are blocked, so the lid must be completely removed from the container body. After that, it was necessary to cover the opening of the container body with cling film or the like.

Laminated gas barrier layers including layers,
A lid material in which the gas barrier layer portion can be manually peeled off from the base material is heat-sealed to the opening flange of the container body, and at least in this heat-sealed portion, the lid material is attached to the base material by penetrating at least the base film. The packaging container is constructed by providing discontinuous cuts that extend across the entire lid material across the opening direction of the material.

The 'iii film layer can be removed, and when this is removed, the lid and container body made of synthetic resin remain, and since these do not reflect electromagnetic waves, they can be used for cooking in a microwave oven as they are.
まず蓋材の構造について説明する。 First, the structure of the lid material will be explained.

It is a layered structure. Incidentally, it is preferable to provide a surface protection layer 6 on the outer surface of the metal thin film layer 5. This layer 6 is formed by coating with a synthetic resin or bonding a synthetic resin film. Furthermore, a printed layer can be provided on the outer surface of the layer 5.

A heat sealing layer 22 is provided on one side of 1.
If the base film 21 has heat sealability, the layer 22 can be omitted. As the base film 21, polyester, nylon (trade name), polypropylene, polyolefin films, etc. are suitable;
The heat-sealing layer 22 may be any composite material, and polyolefin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, or the like is used.
