槽に入れる前、3日後、6日後、8日後に以下の測定を
した。試験液0.125ml、75%エタノール12.1
25ml、30%チオシアン酸アンモニウム0.125ml
を加えて攪拌し3分間放置後、0.02N塩化第一鉄
3.5%HCl水溶液0.125mlを加えて攪拌し3分
間放置後波長500nmで吸光度を測定した。セル長10
mm、対照セルは試験液を水に置き換えたもの。
