Abstract

PURPOSE:To laminate a resin having a wall thickness on a curved surface of a laminar body in a similarly curved state and to prevent an occurrence of a flaw or an adhesion of foreign particles by a method wherein a resin plate in a flat state is contact bonded under heat to the curved surface of the laminar body to be simultaneously shaped and bonded thereto. CONSTITUTION:A peripheral edge of a resin plate 1 is attached to a jig 2 at a position slightly outside a developed shape of a laminar body 3 serving as a bonding object of the resin plate 1. The resin plate 1 can be bonded to either a concave surface or a convex surface, but a convex surface is preferable. Next, this bonding and shaping device is heated, inclusive of its atmosphere. A heating temperature is not less than a glass transition temperature of the resin plate 1 and as high as an adhesive layer 5 can exhibit a sufficient adhesive power. When the resin plate 1 is sufficiently softened, the jig 2 is lowered to simultaneously bond and shape the resin plate by press molding or the like. After being cooled, the laminate is detached from the jig. The laminate is completed by cutting a part of the resin plate squeezed from the edge of the laminar body.

As a method for manufacturing such a laminated body, a film-like resin is laminated on one surface of a plate glass with an intermediate film interposed therebetween, and a buffer plate is covered on the film-like resin. After filling, the inside of the vacuum bag is deaerated and pressure-bonded, and then the buffer plate is removed (JP-A-60-193638, JP-A-62-162).
No. 297136), a method of adhering a transparent plate, which is shaped in advance to a curved surface to a cathode ray tube with a curved surface of a valve panel of a cathode ray tube (JP-A-2-46635), on one side of a plate-shaped body. When bonding the resin film, a method of pre-forming the film to a state close to the shape of the plate-like body to be bonded (JP-A-3-221451), when coating the concave surface of the lens with a resin protective sheet, Method of joining while pressing with an elastic jig such as rubber (Japanese Patent Publication No. 18545/1992)

Problems to be Solved by the Invention JP-A-60-1936
No. 38, JP-A-62-297136, the vacuum pressure bonding method is not suitable for adhering while deforming a thick resin such as a sheet or a plate, regardless of a thin film such as a film, and a film. The resin surface is pressed directly by the buffer plate, so the resin surface is easily scratched.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is to bond a resin plate, which is bonded to one surface side of a plate having a curved surface via an adhesive layer, while first heating it from a flat plate state. When pressure-bonding to the curved surface of the plate-shaped body, the shaping and bonding are performed simultaneously by pressing the peripheral edge of the resin plate outside the developed shape of the plate-shaped body.
