みの鋸刃形成部の中央部に所定のなげし角度で鋸刃溝部
を削成して前後に所定の鋸刃を形成するコンピュータN
C装置付の第二鋸刃研削装置と、第二鋸刃研削装置によ
り鋸刃溝部の削縁部に生成したバリを削取しワークを反
転せしめる第二バリ取り反転装置と、前記ワーク貯蔵装
置,第一鋸刃研削装置,第一バリ取り反転装置,第二鋸
刃研削装置,第二バリ取り反転装置の各々の間にワーク
を上方に取り出し次の装置に移動せしめる吸着機構を有
する取り出し移送装置を設け、ワーク貯蔵装置よりワー
クを取り出し、第一鋸刃研削装置,第一バリ取り反転装
置,第二鋸刃研削装置,第二バリ取り反転装置を経て加
工されたワークを鋸体収納装置に逐次移送するよう制御
する制御部を操作盤に設けたことを特徴とする鋸刃形成
