鍋等で煎って煎おからとした。 (ニ)煎おからは、固まっているものもあるのでコーヒ
ーミル等で粉末にしコーヒードリップ紙等に入れて熱湯
を通して飲用することができる大豆代用コーヒー及び大
豆茶である。 (ホ)大豆茶の場合は、急須に煎大豆、煎大豆粉末、煎
おからを入れて急須に熱湯を注いで飲用とするが、茶又
は麦茶等とブレンドして飲用することもできる。
