Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance silver migration properties, in a laminated sheet wherein metal foils are integrally arranged to the upper and under surfaces of a resin impregnated nonwoven fabric, by specifying unit wt. index of the nonwoven fabric represented by [nonwoven fabric unit wt./laminated sheet thickness]. CONSTITUTION:The nonwoven fabric of a resin impregnated nonwoven fabric is made of an inorg. fiber such as a glass fiber or a ceramic fiber, an org. fiber such as a vinyl alcohol fiber or a polyimlde fiber or a natural fiber such as cotton or composed of paper or the like and the unit wt. index thereof represented by [nonwoven fabric unit wt./laminated sheet thickness] must be 30-85. As a metal foil, a copper foil, an aluminum foil or an iron foil is used alone and an alloy foil and a composite foil are also used. If necessary, an adhesive layer can be provided to the single surface of the metal foil.

The resin-impregnated non-woven fabric used in the present invention includes inorganic fibers such as glass, ceramics and asbestos, vinyl alcohol, polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyamide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene oxide. , Non-woven fabrics made of organic fibers such as fluororesin and natural fibers such as cotton, and non-woven fabrics such as paper, the unit weight index of the non-woven fabric indicated by [nonwoven fabric unit weight / laminated plate thickness] is 3
It must be 0 to 85. That is, if it is less than 30, it tends to be torn during resin impregnation, and if it exceeds 85, the silver migration property is deteriorated. As the glass cloth of the resin-impregnated glass cloth, a commonly used glass cloth can be used as it is. As the resin to be impregnated into the non-woven fabric and the glass cloth, phenol resin, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, polyimide resin, vinyl ester resin (also called epoxy acrylate resin), polybutadiene resin, polyphenylene oxide resin, fluorine resin, etc. , Modified products, mixtures are used, talc, if necessary,
Inorganic powder fillers such as clay, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide and silica, and fibrous fillers such as glass fibers, asbestos fibers, pulp fibers, synthetic fibers and ceramic fibers can be added. Further, the impregnating resin may be impregnated only with the same resin, but the primary impregnation with the same resin may be a low-viscosity resin and the secondary impregnation may be an impregnation with a higher-viscosity resin. Multiple impregnations such as impregnation and secondary impregnation may be performed to make the impregnation more uniform. Thus, a resin is impregnated into a glass cloth or a non-woven fabric to obtain a resin-impregnated base material, and the resin content of the resin-impregnated base material is preferably 35 to 65% by weight (hereinafter simply referred to as%). The required number of resin-impregnated glass cloths and resin-impregnated non-woven fabrics can be used according to the required thickness of the laminated plate. As the metal foil, copper, aluminum, brass, nickel, iron or the like alone, an alloy or a composite foil is used, and an adhesive layer can be provided on one side of the metal foil if necessary. Thus, a resin-impregnated non-woven fabric is arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the resin-impregnated glass cloth, and a laminate having metal foils on the upper and / or lower surfaces thereof is laminated and molded, and then cut to a required size to obtain a laminated plate. . The lamination molding and integration of the laminated body can be performed by selecting the curing time and the curing temperature depending on the resin, the base material, the thickness, etc., and a press, a double belt molding machine, a pressureless continuous construction method or the like can be used. After cutting, if necessary, reheating and rapid cooling can be performed to improve dimensional stability and appearance. The reheating is preferably performed at a temperature higher than the glass transition point (Tg) of the resin of the resin-impregnated base material, and the rapid cooling after the reheating is performed by cooling in a liquid such as low temperature water or alcohol, or in a low temperature gas. Then, it is preferable to put it in water at 25 ° C. or lower.
