This product relates to a transport vehicle for transporting various construction materials such as boards and equipment to each construction site on the floor.

However, since a forklift consists of a fork that serves as a loading platform attached to the front of a traveling vehicle body so that it can be raised and lowered, the difference between (length of the loading platform) + (length of the traveling vehicle body)
becomes the total length, and the total length becomes longer. As a result, it lacked versatility, as it was difficult to maneuver and could not be used in narrow transportation sites. What's more, the loading platform is connected to the front of the vehicle, in other words,
Since the structure has a loading platform connected to the traveling vehicle body in a cantilevered manner, in order to prevent the entire vehicle from tipping forward due to loading onto the traveling vehicle body, weight is added to the traveling vehicle body to prevent it from tipping forward by using balance weights, etc. This makes the whole thing heavier. As a result, depending on the transportation site, it may be too heavy to use, and in that respect, it lacks versatility.

The transport vehicle according to the present invention is characterized by having a body frame in which two frame parts each having traveling ground wheels are connected in a horizontally spaced manner,
A loading platform is constructed across the two frame parts of the vehicle body frame, and by moving the loading platform up and down with respect to the vehicle body frame, the entire loading platform is positioned at a height above the ground. A state where the loading/unloading position is switched by providing a switching means for switching the loading/unloading platform to a loading/unloading position in which the side portions are positioned at a height lower than the set height above the ground or at a height close thereto, and the loading/unloading position is switched to the loading/unloading position. One side of the loading platform faces outward laterally, and a passage is formed for loading and unloading cargo in a direction lateral to the one side.

As shown in the examples below, by swinging the loading platform up and down or moving it vertically parallel to the vehicle body frame to switch the loading platform to the loading/unloading position, one side of the loading platform can be grounded. Or, the load can be easily moved between one side of the loading platform and the ground by making it almost in contact with the ground and making the drop between one side of the platform and the ground very small, and
One side in the lateral direction when the loading platform is switched to the loading/unloading posture by forming a passageway that allows one side of the loading platform to face laterally outward when the loading platform is switched to the loading/unloading posture. By switching the loading/unloading position to the loading/unloading position, one side can be used as a loading/unloading port for loading/unloading cargo from the outside of the loading platform. Loading and unloading can be done easily.

By doing this, when moving, the cargo bed can be switched to the transportation position to ensure sufficient height of the cargo bed above the ground, and to prevent the cargo bed from colliding with other objects on the road surface during movement.
It can be avoided to the same extent as a normal transport vehicle. Moreover, two parts of the body frame are arranged at intervals.
Since the loading platform is constructed over two frame sections, the overall length is not only the length of the vehicle body frame, but also the loading platform can be stably supported by a plurality of traveling ground sections distributed around the periphery of the loading platform.

できる。 In addition, it may be possible to make it easier to load and unload cargo onto the loading platform by fixing the loading platform and installing a ramp such as a board or conveyor between the loading platform and the road surface. In addition to the installation space for the transport vehicle and cargo, space on the road surface is required to place a slope that protrudes from the loading platform, and it may not be possible to use it in narrow spaces. On the other hand, according to the present invention, since a ramp is not required, the loading and unloading space can be reduced by the installation space of the ramp, and it can be used even in narrow spaces.
