However, since many of the paints used for the above-mentioned paints are organic paints, the paints are prone to discoloration and fading, and the organic materials in the paints are easily deteriorated. It is inferior in long-term durability as compared with the one formed by patterning using the material (for example, natural stone). Therefore, it is necessary to repaint the uneven surface that has been painted after a certain period of time, and this repainting (refresh)
A large amount of cost is required for maintenance of the above.

Therefore, a decorative mat made by adhering natural stone particles or glass particles to the surface of the mold with a water-soluble adhesive is used, and a concrete material is placed with the surface of the decorative mat as a contact surface to cure and cure. Then, a method has been proposed in which the mat is peeled from the surface of the generated concrete, the natural stone particles and the like are transferred and embedded in the surface of the concrete, and the water-soluble adhesive is washed off with water (JP-A-56-169189). However, this method has a drawback that fine air bubbles remain on the surface of the decorative mat when the concrete material is cast on the surface of the decorative mat, and this appears as microscopic depressions on the surface of the generated concrete, resulting in a poor finished state of the concrete surface. There is a drawback. In particular, this defect is remarkable when the surface of the decorative mat is formed as a concavo-convex pattern surface.

That is, according to the present invention, a decorative mat having a surface on which colored granules, which have been subjected to a cement powder adhesion treatment, are distributed and formed, and a concrete material is cast with the surface of the mat as a contact surface. Therefore, even when fine air bubbles remain on the surface of the mat when the concrete material is cast, the cement powder adhering to the colored particles absorbs water and destroys the fine air bubbles. Therefore, the finished concrete surface has a smooth finish. In particular, this effect becomes remarkable when an uneven pattern is transferred and formed on the surface of the generated concrete.

On the surface of the decorative mat having such an uneven pattern, the above-mentioned cement powder is subjected to the adhesion treatment, and if necessary, the coloring particles to which the coloring agent is adhered are distributed. Usually, the colored granules are distributed via an adhesive or an adhesive. As this type of pressure-sensitive adhesive or adhesive, it is preferable to use one that reduces or disappears the pressure-sensitive adhesive force or the like due to water, alkali components, etc. in the concrete material.
Examples of the adhesive whose adhesive force is reduced or disappears when it meets moisture in the concrete material include methyl cellulose adhesive, polyvinyl alcohol adhesive, and water glass. As a material that reduces or disappears the adhesive force or the like when it meets the alkaline component in the concrete material, for example, a two-component acrylic adhesive or the like can be mentioned. As a method for distributing the colored granules on the surface of the decorative mat via the pressure-sensitive adhesive or the like, the colored granules are distributed on the surface of the decorative mat in a predetermined pattern, and then a solution of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied. Spray the entire surface or pre-form an adhesive layer on the surface of the makeup mat, and distribute the colored granules on this adhesive layer in a predetermined pattern to utilize the adhesive strength of the adhesive. The adhesive layer is partially or completely embedded in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Paraffin, clay, rubber, resin, etc. are used in place of the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive, and these are applied, and then the above-mentioned colored particles are distributed so as to have a predetermined pattern, and if necessary, partially embedded, etc. You may do it. When the surface itself of the makeup mat has adhesiveness, the above-mentioned adhesive and the like are not always necessary.

In the present invention, using the above decorative mat, an uneven pattern such as a stone wall made of natural stone is formed on the concrete surface as follows. That is, the surface of the decorative mat on which the uneven pattern is transferred is used as a contact surface for the concrete surface, a concrete material is cast and cured to cure, and then the decorative mat is peeled from the surface of the produced concrete. By this series of steps, the colored particles on the decorative mat are transferred and embedded in the concrete surface, and at the same time, the concrete surface is formed into an uneven pattern surface by transferring the uneven pattern surface of the decorative mat surface. In this case, for fixing the colored granules to the decorative mat, if a material whose adhesive strength is reduced due to water content in the concrete material is used, during curing and curing of the concrete material, the water content of the concrete material causes Since the adhesive force of the adhesive layer fixing the colored granules to the decorative mat is weakened or disappears, the decorative mat can be easily peeled from the concrete surface. In this way, the colored particles are partially or wholly embedded in the concrete surface, and together with the transferred unevenness of the uneven pattern surface, the concrete surface becomes a stone wall made of natural stone, which is very similar to the real thing. Moreover, residual fine air bubbles on the concrete surface generated when pouring concrete material are removed by the cement powder adhering to the colored granules, and fine recesses due to residual fine air bubbles are not formed, resulting in a good finish on the concrete surface. It becomes a state.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, according to the present invention, a decorative mat having colored particles distributed on its surface is prepared, and a concrete material is cast with the surface as a contact surface, and after curing and curing, the above-mentioned decorative mat is used. A method of transferring and embedding the colored granules onto the surface of the generated concrete, wherein the decorative mat having an uneven pattern formed on the surface is used, and cement powder is adhered to the colored granules. Since, when the concrete material is subjected to adhesion treatment as necessary, even when fine air bubbles remain on the mat surface when the concrete material is cast, the cement powder adhering to the colored granules absorbs water and Destroys and eliminates fine air bubbles. Therefore, the finish of the generated concrete surface becomes smooth. In particular, this effect becomes remarkable when an uneven pattern is transferred and formed on the surface of the generated concrete. Further, according to the makeup mat of the present invention, transfer formation of the above pattern can be easily performed. Further, by applying the coloring material adhesion treatment to the colored granules, it becomes possible to express a natural feeling more similar to natural stone.

Example 1 FIG. 1 shows an example of a decorative mat of the present invention. This decorative mat 1 is made of a rigid urethane foam resin, and has a foam layer 2 inside as in a conventionally known decorative mat.
Is equipped with an integral skin layer 3 on the surface layer,
One surface is formed as a smooth uneven pattern transfer surface 4, and the other surface is formed as a flat back surface 7. A water-soluble methylcellulose adhesive is applied to the uneven pattern transfer surface 4 to form an adhesive layer 5 having a thickness of 0.1 to 5 mm. This adhesive layer 5
A large number of colored crushed stone particles 6 of natural stone to which the cement powder has been adhered are adhered by pressure spraying. Using such a decorative mat 1, a concrete material 15 is cast, cured and cured by a conventionally known method as shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, 16 is a mold, and 17 is a plate material that closes the opening. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the decorative mat 1 is peeled off from the generated concrete board 18. At the time of this peeling, since the adhesive layer 5 made of water-soluble methyl cellulose has dissolved and disappeared in the water in the concrete material,
The makeup mat 1 can be easily peeled off. The concrete plate 18 thus obtained had a marble-like color expression in which the colored crushed stone particles 6 of the natural stone were distributed on the uneven surface 8 thereof.
