Abstract

In the decoration mat of this invention, a large number of colored particles are distributed on a rugged pattern transfer surface through an adhesive layer the bonding power of which decreases upon water absorption. A method of forming a pattern on a concrete surface according to this invention comprises pouring a concrete material using the rugged pattern transfer surface of the decoration mat as a contact surface with the concrete surface, reducing the bonding power of the adhesive layer by the moisture of the concrete material, transferring and burying the colored particles into the concrete surface, and forming the concrete surface into the rugged pattern surface by the transfer of the rugged pattern transfer surface. In the method of this invention, the bonding power of the adhesive layer is reduced by the moisture of the concrete material during aging and curing after pouring, and the colored particles retained by the adhesive layer are transferred to, and buried into, the surface layer of the concrete material. Accordingly, colors of natural color tones can be expressed on the surface layer of the concrete molded article. Since the colored particles do not undergo discoloration, fading and deterioration, a rugged pattern retaining high durability for a long time can be obtained.

Conventionally, the following method has been used to form a concavo-convex pattern on a concrete surface. That is, first, a decorative mat (decorative formwork) 10 as shown in FIG. 4 is prepared. This decorative mat 10 is made of a hard urethane foam, and one surface has an uneven pattern transfer surface 13 that contacts the concrete material and transfers the uneven pattern to the concrete surface, and the other surface has a flat surface. Formed on the back 14. This decorative mat 10 has a foam layer 11 inside and an integral skin layer 12 on the surface layer, and the integral skin layer 12 is substantially free of air bubbles or present. Even so, it is a layer in which only very small air bubbles are present. The layer is denser and denser than the foamed layer 11, and has excellent surface smoothness. The uneven pattern transfer surface 13 is formed on the smooth surface of the integral skin layer 12. A release agent is applied to the uneven pattern transfer surface 13 of the decorative mat 10 at the construction site, and then, as shown in FIG. 5, the decorative mat 10 and the formwork 16 are in front of each other. The side opening and the bottom opening (not shown) are closed with a plate or the like, and concrete material 15 is poured from the upper opening. 17 is a plate material. After that, the concrete material 15 is hardened and turned into concrete, and as shown in FIG. The concave and convex pattern of the decorative mat 10 is transferred to the surface of the concrete plate 18 thus obtained, and a natural stone-like concave and convex pattern is formed. After that, the above-mentioned uneven pattern surface is painted with a spraying material or the like, and is expressed in color to further emphasize the natural tone.
However, many of the paints used in the above coatings are organic paints, which are discolored, faded, or washed, and the organic materials in the paint are easily degraded. It is inferior in long-term durability as compared with those formed by patterning using quality (eg, natural stone). Therefore, after a certain period of time, it is necessary to repaint the uneven surface on which the above-mentioned painting has been performed, and maintenance such as repainting (refreshing) requires a large cost. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a pattern forming method capable of forming a concrete such as natural tone which is excellent in durability for a long time and does not need to be repainted, and to provide a decorative mat used therefor. With that purpose.

The concrete material is poured with the above-mentioned uneven pattern transfer surface of the decorative mat as the contact surface with the concrete surface. The colored granular material is transferred to and embedded in the concrete surface by reducing the adhesive force of the adhesive layer, and the concrete surface is formed on the uneven pattern surface by transferring the uneven pattern transfer surface. In this way, during curing and hardening after casting, the moisture of the concrete material can reduce the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer, so that the colored particulate matter held in the adhesive layer is being solidified. Some or all are buried in the surface layer. In this way, a large number of colored granules are buried in the surface layer of the concrete molded product, whereby a color such as a natural tone is expressed. It becomes a pattern surface. In this case, the colored particles buried in the surface layer are not discolored, discolored or deteriorated as in the conventional example due to the durability of the particles themselves and the effect of covering by the concrete, and can be used for a long time. Excellent durability. Therefore, unlike the conventional example, it is not necessary to change the paint after a certain period of time, so that the cost required for maintenance can be reduced.

Prepare a decorative mat in which a large number of colored particles are distributed on the transfer surface of the uneven pattern through an adhesive layer whose adhesive strength is reduced by water absorption, and contact the transfer surface of the decorative pattern of the decorative mat with the concrete surface. A concrete material is cast on the concrete surface, the adhesive force of the adhesive layer is reduced by the moisture of the concrete material, the colored particles are transferred to the concrete surface and buried, and the concrete surface is transferred by the transfer of the concave-convex pattern transfer surface. A method of forming a pattern on a concrete surface, characterized in that the pattern is formed on an uneven pattern surface.
2. A decorative mat, characterized in that a large number of colored particles are distributed on an uneven pattern transfer surface via an adhesive layer whose adhesive strength is reduced by water absorption.
