본 발명은 표면에 무늬가 있는 콘크리트의 타설방법에 관한 것이며, 더욱 상세하게는 건축이나 토목분야에서 콘크리트 구조물을 구축할 때에 그 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에서 콘크리트형틀을 탈형함과 동시에 그 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에 아름다운 각종 인쇄무늬가 착색된 릴리이프감각이 조형무늬가 있는 콘크리트 구조물을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 콘크리트 구조물의 표면은 콘크리트를 타설한 그대로의 상태는 모양이 없으므로 모든 이의 기호에 맞춰 표면을 아름답게 보이기 위하여는 콘크리트의 표면에 화장을 실시함으로써 아름답게 마감하는 것이 일반적이며, 도로의 분무작업, 타일이나 연와, 거기에 판무늬 석재 등을 붙이는 작업, 무늬있는 특수한 형틀속에 콘크리트를 타설하는 작업등으로 실시하고 있다. 최근에는 특히 아름다운 마감이 요구되어 천연 흑어영석(黑御影石), 적어영석(赤御影石), 대리석이나 고급감을 주는 석재마감재가 사용되고 있다. 또, 직경2~5㎜인 작은 자연석을 합성수지와 홉합하여 2또는 3가지로 함과 동시에 분무하여 천연마감에 유사한 아름다운 표면마감으로 실시하고 있다. 그러나 이들중에서 어느 한 가지로 콘크리트 구조물의 표면을 아름답게 마감하고자 할 때에는 콘크리트의 타설작업을 종료한 후에 일단 굳힌 콘크리트의 표면에 별도로 시공하는 작업이 반복되기 때문에 구조물의 준공기간이 연장되는 결과를 가져왔다. 또, 널리 쓰이고 있는 천연석은 고가인 동시에 자원고갈이라는 문제도 있어 분무나 도장이 일반적으로 활용되고 있는데, 한결같이 단조로운 마감이기 때문에 외장이나 내장으로서의 더욱더 다양한 마감이 요구되고 있다.The present invention relates to a method of placing concrete with a pattern on the surface, and more particularly, when building a concrete structure in the construction or civil engineering field, demoulding the concrete mold on the surface of the concrete structure and at the same time the surface of the concrete structure. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하여 콘크리트 구조물의 표면을 형성하는 작업공정을 단축함과 동시에 콘크리트 형틀의 제거와 동시에 표면에 소정의 화장이 된 구조물을 형성하는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 본 발명은 천연석, 타일, 조형무늬 등을 훌륭한 인쇄기술에 의해 3도는 4원색으로 망점(網点)을 겹치므로써 정확하고 아름답게 재현하는 것이다. 이같이 원색으로 구성되는 도트는 전사(轉寫)에 의하여 콘크리트 내에서 점점이 존재 하는 연속피막을 형성하고 있지 않으므로 도료와 같이 피막의 박리가 생기지 않는 특징이 있다. 본 발명자등은 상기의 과제를 목표로 삼고 콘크리트의 표면이 아름답게 장식된 구조물을, 구축기간을 단축하여 마감할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 세밀한 연구를 거듭한 결과, 이하에 기재한 방법에 의하여 상기의 과제가 해결될 수 있음을 발견하고, 본 발명에 이르게 된 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 미리 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리염화비닐 등의 합성수지제 필름 혹은 시트의 일면에 소정의 무늬가 있는 전사용 잉크로 인쇄된 내장재를, 이 내장재의 인쇄면이 콘크리트의 타설면에 대응하도록 콘크리트 타설용 형틀의 표면에 부설 혹은 접착한 후 형틀내에 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생경화하고, 경화후에 형틀을 탈형함과 동시에 콘크리트의 표면에 무늬를 마감하는 방법이다.The present invention aims to provide a method of shortening the work process for forming the surface of a concrete structure by solving the above problems and at the same time removing the concrete mold and forming a structure having a predetermined makeup on the surface. 본 발명은 또, 콘크리트의 탈수, 탈기용 내장재에 사용되고 있는 합성섬유제잭표, 부직표 혹은 직포와 부직포의 적충재를 내장재로 사용하고, 그 일면에 소정의 구조를 전사잉크로 인쇄하며, 그 인쇄면이 콘크리트의 타설면에 대응하도록 콘크리트 타설용 형틀의 표면에 내장재를 부설 혹은 접착한 다음에 형틀내에 콘크리트를 타설하고, 잠시후에 콘크리트의 탈수, 탈기용 매트를 통하여 형틀 주변부에서 콘크리트의 잉여수를 배출하고, 그 상태에서 4일 내지 5일간 양생경과 후에 형틀을 탈형합으로써 곰보가 없는 편평한 콘크리트면에 전사잉크가 전사된 아름다운 무늬가 있는 콘크리트 타설방법이다. 본방명은 더구나 작은 미세한 구멍(0.05~1㎜, 간격 3~20㎜)을 뚫은 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리염화비닐 등의 합성수지제 필름(두께20~100μ) 또는 시트(두께 0.5~2㎜)의 일면에 소정의 무늬가 인쇄되어 있는 내장재를 그 내장재의 인쇄면이 콘크리트의 타설면에 대응하도록 콘크리트 타설용 형틀의 표면에 부설 또는 접착하고, 형틀내에 콘크리트를 타설한 후에 잠시동안 미세한 구멍을 통과한 콘크리트 잉여수를 형틀의 주변부로부터 형틀밖으로 배출하고 그대로 4일 내지 5일 양생한 후에 형틀을 탈형함으로써 곰보가 없는 편평한 콘크리트면에 전사잉크가 전사된 아름다운 무늬가 있는 콘크리트의 타설방법이다. 또한 본 발명은 일면에 요철이 있는 릴리이프 무늬를 형성한 폴리스틸렌,ABS수지, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 , 염화비닐수지의 시트 또는 발포체의 표면에 소정의 무늬가 전사잉크로 인쇄되어 있는 내장재의 인쇄면이 콘크리트 타설면에 대응하도록 콘크리트 타설용 형틀의 표면에 내장재를 부설 혹은 접착하고, 이 형틀내에 콘크리트를 타설하므로서 요철이 있는 릴리이프 무늬와 인쇄무늬를 동시에 형성하는 콘크리트 타설방법이다. 그리고, 본 발명은 미리 그 일면에 인쇄되어 있는 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리염화비닐등의 합성수지제 필름 또는 시트의 내장재를 그 내장재의 인쇄면이 콘크리트의 타설면에 대응하도록 하여 콘크리트 타설용 형틀의 표면에 부설 또는 접착하고, 그 표면에 두께5~10㎜정도 의 시멘트 페이스트, 또는 두께 0.01~2㎜정도의 에폭시, 아크릴, 고무계중에서 적어도 한가지의 합성 수지를 함유하는 수지 콘크리트 또는 두께3~10㎜정도의 유리 섬유, 합성수지를 함유하는 GRC머르타르로 이뤄지는 접착층을 분무 또는 흙손으로 도포하여 반경화 또는 경화한 후에 콘크리트를 타설하는 무늬가 있는 콘크리트 타설방법이다.The present invention also uses a synthetic fiber jack table, a nonwoven table, or a red woven fabric of woven fabric and nonwoven fabric, which is used for interior materials for dehydration and degassing of concrete, as a interior material, and prints a predetermined structure on one surface with a transfer ink, and the printing surface thereof.
