<Prior art and its problems> The surface of a concrete structure, such as a concrete retaining wall, is exposed as it is and does not fit in with the surrounding natural scenery. There was also the simplest and oldest method of assimilating the color of the trees, but according to this method, as long as you look at it from a distance, it doesn't look too strange, but as you get closer, it becomes too artificial, and it looks like it's almost a waste of time as a landscape. It had become nothing.

For this reason, for example, a method was used in which a decorative flat plate with the decorative material exposed was manufactured in a factory using the so-called washing method, and this decorative flat plate was assembled into a wall at the construction site and concrete was poured into the gap on the back. However, according to this method, it not only takes time and effort to manufacture, assemble, and pour concrete for the decorative flat plate, but also requires inconveniences such as having to mold an irregularly shaped plate when used on a curved surface. It was.

As a method to roughly save this time and effort, a method was also implemented in which the uncured concrete surface was molded into a decorative surface molding template of natural stone to create irregularities on the concrete surface. According to , it is clear that construction efficiency is improved, but the surface of the retaining wall has unevenness due to the concrete surface, which prevents it from exhibiting its natural texture.

In any case, when the decorative material 2 is placed in the mold 4, about half of the upper part of the decorative material 2 will be exposed above the liquid surface of the decorative material 2. Thereafter, if synthetic rubber is used as the fixing material 3, it is heated, or if a mixture of water-soluble adhesive and fine aggregate is used as the fixing material 3, it is dried and solidified by applying hot air or the like. The decorative material unit 1 formed in this manner may be removed from the mold frame 4. Further, if a decorative joint material such as fine aggregate is inserted during the hardening of the fixing material 3 and attached to the fixing material 3, it can also serve as a decorative joint material. In addition, since the fixing material 3 may be nailed in other embodiments to be described later, the cured fixing material 3 must be able to withstand nailing or adhesive fixing to a template. There is no problem with the fixing material, but when using a mixture of water-soluble adhesive and fine aggregate, etc., it is necessary to set the substrate 5 at the bottom of the formwork 4 before pouring the fixing material 3 into the formwork 4. This substrate 5 can also be used as a template if it has enough strength to function as a template (see FIG. 3).
