[Prior art and problems to be solved by the present invention] As it has become difficult to obtain straw, grass clippings, fallen leaves, etc., which were conventionally used as mulching materials, as an alternative to these materials, bark is made into fine and irregular shapes. Crushed mulching material has come to be used, but this type of material is easily blown away by wind, etc.
In greening projects carried out for the purpose of environmental conservation or improvement, the aesthetics of mulching materials need to be considered in the same way as tree planting, but in this regard, mulching materials may have uneven coloration. Because it was a natural product and lacked aesthetic elements, it was not effective enough for greening projects.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention improves the beauty and uniformity of the color by coloring the bark-based mulching material dark brown and at the same time imparting appropriate caking properties. It provides an aesthetic effect and enhances the heat retention effect.Furthermore, it does not disintegrate even when used on slopes, does not easily scatter due to wind, etc., and maintains a stable covering state for a long period of time. The purpose is to provide a mulching material that can.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention crushes tree bark into fine, irregular shapes, and sprinkles a mixture of an emulsion and a thickening agent on diluted asphalt on the surface of the bark, and darkens the bark. It is colored brown and imparts appropriate caking properties.

[Operation] As described above, the bark is crushed into fine, irregular shapes, and a mixture of diluted asphalt emulsion and glue is sprinkled on the surface of the bark, and the surface of the bark is colored with the diluted black asphalt emulsion. But in this case,
Of the crushed brown-colored bark, the mixed liquid easily penetrates into the relatively pale inner surface of the bark, while it is difficult for the mixed liquid to penetrate into the darker cortical surface, which results in uneven coloring. Because the mulching material is uniformly colored dark brown without any coloring, when used by spreading this mulching material on the surface of the planting area and then applying light pressure, it is especially useful in greening projects to create a contrast with the greening area. This, combined with the emphasis on the image, produces a sufficient aesthetic effect. Immediately after the mulching material is laid as described above, the shredded bark is bound to each other due to the caking properties of the glue used in the mixture, and When the caking property of the asphalt emulsion gradually decreases after a certain period of curing time, the caking property of the asphalt emulsion used in the mixed liquid begins to exert its full effect, but from then on, the caking property of the asphalt emulsion decreases. Since it lasts unabated, scattering and washing away can be continuously prevented for a long period of time immediately after installation.

[Examples] Examples of the present invention will be described below. First, the bark of the inner material, which has relatively stiff fibers, is crushed into irregular shapes with a chopper to a length of about 3 cm, and in the process of transporting the crushed raw material on a belt conveyor, the weight ratio is 4 cm. A mixture of an asphalt emulsion diluted with twice as much water and a lignin paste diluted with five times as much water by weight is sprayed with a sprayer at a ratio of 4 liters to 50 liters of the above raw material, and then this mixed solution is sprayed. By passing the sprinkled raw material through the inside of the screw conveyor through a hopper provided at the end of the belt conveyor, the mixed liquid is evenly adhered to and permeated on the surface of the raw material by the stirring action of the screw conveyor. If so, the mulching material can be produced continuously and with good functionality.

[Effects of the Invention] The mulching material produced by the method according to the present invention is obtained by crushing bark into fine, irregular shapes, and spraying and adhering a mixture of diluted asphalt emulsion and glue onto the surface of the bark. Because of this, immediately after the mulching material is laid, a large number of pieces of shredded bark stick together, mainly due to the caking properties of the glue used in the mixture, and after a certain period of curing time. When the caking property of the asphalt emulsion decreases slightly through the process, the caking property of the asphalt emulsion used in the mixed liquid begins to exert its full effect, and from then on, the caking property of the asphalt emulsion is maintained without decreasing. Therefore, it can be used effectively on sloped areas, as it can be used continuously for a long period of time immediately after it is laid, so it can be used effectively on sloped areas, and it can also be used as a mulching material, i.e., when there are sudden changes in soil temperature. control, moisture retention, suppression of the occurrence of chores, and improvement of soil structure. In particular, the heat retention effect is exceptional because the surface of the crushed bark is colored dark brown. Improvement is recognized. or,
The surface of the crushed resin is colored with a diluted black asphalt emulsion, but in this case, the mixed liquid penetrates into the relatively pale inner surface of the crushed brown bark. On the other hand, the dark-colored cortical surface is difficult for the mixed solution to penetrate, resulting in uniform dark brown coloration without uneven coloring, so this mulching material is especially used for greening projects. It has the characteristics that the contrast with the green area is emphasized and it also has a sufficient aesthetic effect.
