Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a hole from being blocked after having formed and to provide favorable water drainage by fusion-forming a plurality of the holes on a bag made of nonwoven fabric including thermal fusing fibers. CONSTITUTION:This drain bag for garbage, is formed of a plurality of holes 2 for water drainage, fusion-formed on a bag 1 made of nonwoven fabric including thermal fusing fibers. The thermal fusing fibers are constituted by the fibers with the melting point of about 120 to 200 deg.C, and for example, a single fiber such as polypropylene or nylon or a composite fiber such as polyethylene- polypropylene and polyethylene-polyster is used. The thermal fusing fiber included in the nonwoven fabric is more than 40weight% and the plurality of holes 2 are formed on the bag made of this nonwoven fabric by piercing a heated needle in it. The holes are prevented from being blocked after they are formed since a heated needle is used.

The heat-fusible fiber which can be preferably used in the present invention is a fiber having a melting point of about 120 to 200 ° C. Specific examples include single-component fibers such as polypropylene and nylon, composite fibers such as polyethylene-polypropylene and polyethylene-polyester, and composite fibers of polyester with a high melting point and polyester with a low melting point. Fiber etc. are mentioned. Of these, polyethylene-polypropylene composite fibers and polyethylene are preferred in terms of cost and productivity of nonwoven fabrics.
-Polyester composite fibers are preferred.

In the drainage bag of the present invention, it is preferable that the non-woven fabric contains 40% or more of heat-fusible fibers. If the heat-fusible fiber content is less than 40%, the strength of the bag will be insufficient and there is a risk of damage.

The plurality of holes for draining water can be formed, for example, by passing a heated needle through a bag made of the non-woven fabric. If the needle is not heated, even if a hole is formed by penetration, the hole will be closed after that. However, when the needle is heated and penetrated, the non-woven fabric around the needle melts, so the hole is not blocked even after the needle is pulled out, and the size can be kept constant.

The size of the holes is preferably 0.7 to 2.0 mm in diameter. If the diameter of the hole is smaller than 0.7 mm, the water will not drain easily. On the other hand, if it is larger than 2.0 mm, small dust will flow out.

The heating temperature of the needle is usually preferably 150 to 170 ° C. If the heating temperature is too low, there are problems that the pores become small and that the burrs of the pores on the back surface of the non-woven fabric appear to lose smoothness. Further, if the heating temperature is too high, there is a problem that the size of the holes is likely to change even if the operating speed is slightly increased or decreased.

Next, a method of manufacturing the drainage bag of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. First, the hot plate 5 to which a large number of needles 6 are attached, and the receiving plate 7 having a hole through which the needles 6 penetrate are arranged facing each other. The receiving plate 7 is fixed, and the heating plate 5 can move up and down. The heating plate 5 is connected to a heat source (not shown),
The temperature can be adjusted in the range of about 150 to 190 ° C.
Position the non-woven fabric 8 between the heating plate 5 and the receiving plate 7,
The hot plate 5 is lowered toward the receiving plate 7 to melt-form the draining holes in the nonwoven fabric 8. Then, the hot plate 5 is raised and the nonwoven fabric 8 is moved. By repeating such steps, the nonwoven fabric for draining bags of the present invention is manufactured. After that, bag making is performed according to a usual method. In addition, you may perform melt formation of the hole for draining, after bag making.

EXAMPLE 18 g / m prepared by passing a mixed web consisting of 70% by weight of polyethylene-polypropylene composite fiber as a heat-fusible fiber and 30% by weight of polyester fiber through a hot roll.
A draining bag having a width of 235 mm and a depth of 240 mm was prepared using the non-woven fabric of 2 . After that, using a hot needle heated to about 160 ℃,
Draining holes having a diameter of 1.5 mm were melt-formed at a density of 250 per 100 cm 2 in this draining bag.
