2. Description of the Related Art An outline of a manufacturing process of a tile panel in which a large number of tiles are arrayed and adhered to a substrate will be described with reference to FIG. First, a substrate whose surface is coated with an adhesive such as mortar is prepared. For this substrate, an appropriate one such as a cement extrusion molded plate or a lightweight foam concrete panel is selected and used according to the application. Next, tiles arranged with a predetermined joint gap are prepared, and the tiles are transferred onto the substrate coated with the adhesive while keeping the arranged state. The tiles are pressure-bonded onto the substrate while fine adjustments are made such as correcting the error of the joint gap that occurs after the tiles are transferred onto the substrate. The adhesive is cured by performing heating and curing for 6 hours to 1 day or more if necessary. After curing to develop the strength of the adhesive, the joint material is applied to the entire surface of the tile panel, and the joint gap is filled with the joint material. Wipe off any excess joint material on the surface or sides of the tile. Subsequently, heat treatment is performed for a short time to dry and cure at least the surface of the joint material. Finally, the surface of the tile panel is polished with a brush or the like to give a surface finish. After that, the obtained tile panel product is transported to the inspection process.

By the way, in order to realize the mass production by automating the manufacture of the tile panel, it is possible to perform the above-mentioned respective manufacturing steps which are conventionally mostly done manually. Only mechanization is necessary. In the above manufacturing process, when tiles are arranged and pasted on a substrate to obtain a tile panel and then a process of filling a joint space with a joint material is mechanized, as shown in FIG.
The joint material supply hopper 5 is provided on the conveyance path of No. 3, the joint material is pushed out from the supply port 6 to the surface of the tile panel 1 being conveyed, and the joint material is filled into the joint gap 3 formed between the tiles 2. Means will be taken.

However, when the above means is adopted,
As shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. 5, in the region on the rear side of the tile 2 in the joint gap 3 orthogonal to the transport direction of the tile panel 1 (the direction indicated by the arrow A), the filling of the joint material 7 is incomplete. There is a problem that it is easy to become. This problem becomes more remarkable as the transport speed of the tile panel 1 is increased, which is a major obstacle to realizing mass production.

The feature of the first means adopted by the present invention to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems is that tiles are arranged and adhered on a substrate with a predetermined joint gap. When filling the above-mentioned joint gap of the tile panel with a joint filler, a joint feed hopper opening toward the surface of the tile panel is provided on the conveying path of the tile panel so that the joint gap forming direction is inclined with respect to the conveying direction. A tile panel and feed the tile panel to the joint material supply hopper.

Further, a feature of the second means according to the present invention is that a joint material supply hopper that opens toward the tile panel surface is provided on the conveyance path of the tile panel, and the joint material supply hopper has a supply port. The longitudinal direction of the tile panel is arranged so as to be inclined with respect to the joint gap forming direction.

According to the first means of the present invention, the direction in which the joint gap is formed in the tile panel is inclined with respect to the transport direction, so that the joint gap in any direction is pushed out from the supply hopper. It becomes possible for the joint material to easily enter, and there is no fear that the joint material will be incompletely filled. Conventionally, there is a difference in the filling degree of the joint material between the joint gap in the direction parallel to the transport direction of the tile panel and the joint gap in the direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction. However, by adopting the method of the present invention, such a difference is eliminated, so that the filling degree of the joint material becomes uniform and the joint filling is ensured.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of the first means according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the feature of the first means is that the tiles 2 arranged on the surface of the tile panel 1 are so arranged that the joint gaps 3 between the tiles 2 are inclined with respect to the conveying direction indicated by the arrow A. The purpose is to arrange the panel 1 and feed it to the joint hopper 5. Supply hopper 5
The supply port 6 has a longitudinal direction orthogonal to the transport direction of the tile panel 1, but is inclined with respect to the direction in which the joint gap 3 is formed. It is easy to uniformly fill the joint material. In the case of this embodiment, since the tile panel 1 is arranged to be inclined, the length of the supply port 6 of the supply hopper 5 needs to be formed larger than in the conventional case. The tilt angle of the tile panel 1 with respect to the transport direction A is appropriately set according to the implementation conditions.

FIG. 2 is a drawing showing an embodiment according to the second means of the present invention. As is clear from the drawing, the joint material supply hopper 5 is installed so that the longitudinal direction of the supply port 6 thereof is inclined with respect to the conveyance direction of the tile panel 1, and thus the joint material into the joint gap 3 is also formed. It is possible to reliably perform the filling.

Further, by making the supply hopper 5 itself movable in parallel with the surface of the tile panel 1, it is possible to ensure filling of the joint material. That is,
As shown in FIG. 3, the tile panel 1 and the supply hopper 5 are arranged in the same manner as in the conventional case, and in the plane parallel to the surface of the tile panel 1, the supply hopper 5 is inclined with respect to the joint gap 3 (arrow B). Alternatively, it is possible to reciprocate in a direction indicated by C), reciprocate in a direction parallel to or orthogonal to the transport direction A, or circulate in a path indicated by a dotted line D. Furthermore, a mode in which the supply hopper 5 is rotated about the virtual center P when viewed in plan or is continuously rotated is also conceivable.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, the tile panel is arranged such that the joint gap forming direction is inclined with respect to the conveying direction,
The joint material supply hopper is installed so that the longitudinal direction of the supply port is inclined with respect to the joint gap forming direction of the tile panel, or the supply hopper is moved in parallel with the surface of the tile panel to form the joint. It is possible to uniformly fill the joint material into the joint gaps having different gaps. Therefore, it is possible to provide a means by which the joint filling process of the tile panel can be surely executed and can be automated, which greatly contributes to mass production of the tile panel.
