ルブ、11.12.13は夫々、該有機溶剤5の供給圧
をコントロールするタイマー、電磁弁、レギュレータを

°±10°の範囲に設定することが効果的で、液晶表示
パネル2との接触圧は50〜100gの範囲が最適であ

また目視による作業のように拭き残し等が生じないので
、このことによる偏向板の貼付不良が生じる恐れもなく
